Everyone was very helping and accommodating. I walked in asking for an oil filter and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and suggested I do the oil change at the dealership. She was so nice I forget her name, but thank you so much for your help!

Great service!!! I wish Kia would provide free maintenance for the 1st 3 years like their sister company Hyundai-they offer the same 10 year warranty but wouldn’t go the extra mile to give routine maintenance for 3 yrs—or south shore Kia should cover it!!!

Very happy with the service department. I went in for a recall and regular service on the vehicle. They were very attentive and quickly finished the required work. I am very pleased with the work that was completed and will be going there again for the regular servicing of the vehicle.

The management at the South Shore KIA is excellent. And the service department is also such a nice place with friendly and really helpful personnel. Every time I go to the South Shore KIA dealership, I have peace of mind. I recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to purchase a car with no pressure from any of the personel.

Some of the nicest and most efficient staff you will come across! (With a special thanks to Saboor in sales and Josh in service, both GREAT guys). I’ve gotten cars for myself, my girlfriend and her mother all from south shore Kia.I recently had an issue with the engine on my 2022 Kia K5 G-T Line. I work in retail/ sales so I get that these things happen, but even I was blown away at how easy the process was with Kia. Everything was covered under warranty and the guys working on my car were quick and did a great job! Car runs better than ever! They even gave me a loaner car (2023 Sorento), which I won’t lie, I had a hard time giving back lol. Truly can’t recommend south shore Kia more!

Romelo was a great representative who helped me purchase my car with ease. He helped me get to the number I was comfortable with regarding financing my Kia as well as made sure I was knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. He was very friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. If you are buying a car from Kia, definitely request to work with him as he makes the process comfortable and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. The car is also great and I am absolutely in love with it! I also have a good warranty package and would definitely buy from here again!

12/3/2023 South Shore Kia Copiague NYHad my 2021 Kia Sorento serviced December 2023. The car needed an inspection. In addition I wanted the oil changed. Car has 30,000 miles on it. In addition I agreed to a coolant flush. After their multi-point inspection they said I needed front brakes and a cabin and engine air filter. I pointed out that I had changed both filters two weeks prior and I had checked the brakes and found there was 4mm of pad left on the worst case wheel with more on the rest. The state requires at least 1mm to pass inspection. Based on these facts I assume they never even looked at the car just put the code reader on it. I declined these unnecessary items. So just to recap:1.Oil Change2.Coolant flush3.Oil change4. State inspectionState limits inspections to $37. What was the balance? $351.00Not horrible considering their labor rate is $199 per hour. Dealers are notoriously the most expensive option when it comes to service. I like to have service and inspections done once a year by the dealer so should a warranty item come up there is no question the car was under their care and maintenance was not neglected. They charged $12 to use my debit card. The alternative was to pay cash or personal check. That tells me they have a cash flow problem.As the saying goes "It is what it is".

Horrible customer service. Paul is so rude and disrespectful. He refuses to work and cover my car services after taking in my car with an appointment and not doing anything. Don’t come to this dealership.
