So my boyfriend went in to buy something and he always pays with the mobile app because he likes getting the extra rewards, the guy there whose name was Ajaz would not let him leave with the item, even though when he showed him the app, it said paid already. My boyfriend tried telling him that he could go on the handheld device and look up existing orders and all he would do is try to scan it, and he would not go to existing orders and look up my boyfriends recent purchase. He was saying things in a different language right in front of him and was being rude. He was very dismissive and eventually called his manager who said they don’t take mobile orders which is ridiculous because you can see on the app the location and the fact that they do, indeed, take mobile orders. Especially because we’ve done mobile check out at this one as well as many others before and this is the only time we ever had this issue this severe. We’ve had times where they weren’t sure but they looked on the hand held device and saw the recent orders like they should do. Ajaz should not be alone in the store when he doesn’t understand how the system works. Please I beg all 711 management to do better training. Let your employees know that they got rid of the square scanner box and show them how to look at the recent orders for when people use mobile checkout. It’s ridiculous when a customer knows more than an employee and Ajaz made us pay twice for an item because he doesn’t understand how the system works. Luckily we called corporate and they said we’d be getting a refund but it’s insane we had to deal with all of this just for one item. Train your employees better, 711, but if you’re incapable of that at least make sure you put more than one person on shift so maybe someone will know how to do the job. That would be great for the future. This 711 gets 0/5 for service.

What I don’t appreciate is being a loyal customer and the Cashier entering his points on my order it’s not acceptable and not okay

Worst 711 on the planet. They won't add cash to your cashapp card after 7:00 pm. The blue lights on the coffee urns are always blinking, they don't dump it and make fresh coffee. They keep the hot food so long it's burnt. They don't have a single trash can outside, not one. From pizza to blueberry muffins, 9 times out of 10, it's out of stock. And they are the most expensive 711 I've ever been to.

Horrible place. Extremely unclean. Health hazard to anyone. I've experienced undercooked food, expired milk and eggs on multiple occasions. Plus, they allow beggars and homeless to hang out in front of their establishment and inside as well harassing customers. Dont go here if you have a moral compass. This business should be condemned

This store has recently changed owners. New owner is not friendly and pretty sure he’s robbing people. Buy 2 get 1 free , you should be getting the 3rd for free not for a discounted price. What should of cost around $8 for 3 drinks cost $11 here. Go down the block to the numerous other 7-11 where they honor their sales they are promoting.

I felt racially discriminated at this location in coram , NY. I went to buy something to eat and I felt followed and watched by an 7/11 employee with green eyes, black hair and looked like he was from Arab/Indian decent . Its like when I moved, he moved. When I was done with my items , I looked up and he looked right at me and looked away and moved to the side of the counter to act like he was not watching me. I pay for my items and asked him if he was looking at me, he said no but it was obvious. I felt extremely uncomfortable . Customers should feel safe as they buy their items and definitely not be discriminated against.

You cannot make this stuff up. I go in for 2 Super Big Gulps. I notice the machine says Super Big Gulp $1.99. Get to the register. They ring up $2.29. And here we go:Me: No, they are supposed to be $1.99Clerk: No, that's for the coffeeMe: But it's on the soda machine?Clerk: I'm just an employeeMe: I'll just take 1Clerk: I guess I'll have to drink the otherMe: It's diet, just so you knowClerk: Oh I could never drink that. I guess I'll give it to a homeless person. So instead of doing the right thing for a customer, he was going to drink it or give it away for free. Makes sense.
