It's a big auto parts chain what's to say. Although after normal daytime hours they have people and kids there that have no idea what there doing and will not put any effort into their job, including saying they don't have something when they clearly do

Eugene B helped me with the purchase and came out to the car to install the battery. He also saw my brake fluid was low and said I should have the pads inspected as that could be a sign why the fluid was low.
