Every single time I am here I am begging for someone’s help. Numerous instances of me going to this store and asking for help, I have to wait between 45 mins to 1 hour to actually get someone to answer my questions. There is never someone available to help assist items to your car, and the people at the register are not properly trained, and are watching TV or listening to music instead of cleaning, dusting, etc. on down time. A year ago I went to inquire about purchasing a kitchen, and the representative was out of the office that day, so I called the day after and they were extremely rude and disheartening to request for specific moulding for the new space! I do not recommend; spend your money 10 mins down the road at Lowes in Medford.

I was there today and couldn't find a cart. Sean was glad to help me find one. I then went inside spent a bundle. Sean then helped me load my truck. Great work thanks

Laughable experience in Home Depot Coram, for some reason the employees in this location are under the impression they own the establishment and can make their own rules. I hired a company to do a driveway and they needed to rent a bobcat, we went together to this Home Depot and the employee at the counter refused to rent usless the workers that had the pick up truck to tow away the vehicle paid with their CC. The job however is mine and i do not own a pickup truck. The employee proceeded to tell me i don’t care, if you don’t have a pickup truck i will not rent the equipment to you as someone in the past rented from him (hense this whole period he is talking like the ceo of Home Depot and as if the equipment is his) and then sold it on fb marketplace!!??? What does that have to do with me. In other words if you hire a company to do any work that requires them to rent any equipment you the company has to pay out of pocket and then you reimburse them, unless….. you go to another Home Depot, we went right after to Home Depot in east setauken and were in and out in 5 minutes, i paid for the bobcat and put it under the driver of the pickup truck and were out of there, no issues whatsoever. Funny how some rules are made up by employees that only exist in their head. Shame on this location for not screening employees better and have them dictate how they want the company run.
