I feel very disappointed in this establishment. I have been a Metro PCS customer for 7 years and I needed to activate a SIM card for my phone and Miss Mariame wanted to charge 82 dollars for something that they charged me 28 dollars in another Metro PCS store. Furthermore, Maria's attitude was disgusting. She spoke to me with a very bad attitude because of people like Maria, clients change companies.

The biggest thieves in this place, I went about a month ago and a gringo helped me and just for changing lines he charged me $120 thieves if you're ashamed don't visit this place I hope they close it one day and they stop being scourges rats?????? ?????? lifers

Very very shady people that run this place. They'll tell you that credit card machine is down and if it is working they charge you three and $4 to use your credit card and always ask you to use cash, this is so they can evade their taxes. Customer services non-existent and horrible. Stay far away from the shady place

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! They sold my mom an A53 for 600$! The upgrade price is 300$ Where did the other 300$+ came from? I called the store and they’re so unprofessional. She literally hanged up on me and was arguing the price of the phone is 600$ when I’m literally seeing it in front of me. I’m not the first one complaining about this location. Go anywhere but here! All those good reviews are fake. They take customers phones and write it themselves.

Have to say the only reason I go to this store is because of MARIA She is always willing to help and she knows her job. Thank you Maria for being a great person and for being there when I need help. This company should be happy that they have a great employee like you.
