“I really like this company. I’ve been with them a long time. when I call customer service representatives are very polite and helpful. I smell gas. Left a message on their emergency line and within a minute someone called me back. They scheduled an appointment to come out to look at my tank. There was no window. Did not have to wait around all day. They asked me what time works best for me. I told them and they said the appointment for that time. Great company.”

“Great work by Jeff and his colleague on identifying an issue with my propane system and lack of volume coming from the hose to the grill. Incredibly hot day but Jeff was hard working, efficient, Longstanding Paraco customer going back 30 years”

“I am absolutely happy and pleased from the lady I spoke on the phone when I switched companies to this company. And the person who delivered was also excellent and polite! Not much good services out there these days and they were excellent and fast! So happy!”
“So glad to see this place open again. Makes it so easy to get my tank filled. Was a quick and easy transaction. Prices were cheaper here than other stores around. In a great location for all surrounding towns! Friendly staff, will definitely be back!”
“Excellent, prompt service. I called to get pricing info. for a small oil delivery. Since I wasn’t ready to schedule, I called back the following week. After being quoted a higher amount, even with the oil prices being slightly lower, I emailed and the manager immediately responded and honored my original quote. This is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and because of the professional service I received from this company, I will use them again and highly recommend them.”

“DeAnde was amazing throughout the entire process. He was charming and kind, got me a water when I vaguely mentioned being thirsty. He made every step of the process simple, explained everything clearly and helped choose the best reservation option for my needs. I will definitely be returning to this location. Also, give him a raise!”

“We operate Small Moves Long Island and on many occasions we need more truck space then our trucks provide so we rent our additional truck from this location. Always have the truck we reserve on the day we reserve it for. Eric the manager is also a pleasure to deal with.”
