I needed to move my parents from one assisted living facility to another in a very short time period. From the moment I spoke with June on the phone I knew I was in good hands. She genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help out in any way possible. June set up everything, followed up, and ensured things went smoothly from start to finish.
I have to commend Bob. He came by before the move to check out the best and most efficient way to move out as the facility which is currently under construction. This blew me away because Bob did this on his own time, but it shows the care they put into each move. He wanted to make sure his team could provide the best service and even worked with the contractor to make it happen.
On Move Day the team showed up at 9:45 sharp as requested. They made quick progress with everything being moved out was professionally padded and wrapped. I knew I was in good hands with Bob, Pete, Angel, and Robert. Shout out to Pete for really making things work like putting a dresser into a closet.
The second part of the move was to bring things to the house that did not fit. Again this was done well and with kindness. The care, compassion, and personalization is unbeatable that you receive with Small Moves Long Island. This is the second time I have used them and they will be the only company I use for moves on LI. I am grateful to have found them and thank them from the bottom of my heart for making a tough situation a little easier.

From the moment I called and spoke with June to the completion of our move has been wonderful. Communication was phenomenal and the movers were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company. Highly recommend!

Hired Small Movers in October ‘23. The team of 3 were punctual, organized and took extra care when loading and off loading my furniture pieces. The dispatcher communicated with me regularly which added another level of confidence in the quality Small Movers offer. Thank you Small Movers and Staff!

Crew was over a hour late and it took them over 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment. The crew was very disrespectful they were cursing around the children and smelled like strong weed

Small Moves Long Island is a fantastic company. June called the next morning after I entered a quote to coordinate everything. She was continually helpful and always responded very quickly throughout the whole process. During the actual move, Bob, Angel, and Jeff were phenomenal. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were also kind and courteous with my items, disassembling and reassembling easily and setting everything up exactly how I wanted. Everyone that I spoke with or encountered went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and flawlessly. I definitely recommend and will also use them again if I need!

5 stars. Professional, courteous, and polite. Moved furniture, unassembled, and reassembled furniture with no problem! Had short notice of 3 days, was accommodated timely. Filled out the online survey one night, received a call from June the next morning, and moved 3 days later. Definitely recommend!!

I cannot recommend Small Moves enough!! The guys showed up on time and ready to go and within 2 hours had everything packed up and then unpacked at my new apartment with everything in place as to how I wanted it. Super friendly people and they took great care with all of the furniture that was moved. Would definitely use them again!
