The first time I visited the shop, I had called first to make sure they were open. Michelle had told me that they were actually closing up but offered to wait for me to rush over… talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I had a few questions and Rick was more than knowledgeable, in regards to all my questions. They always have the coils I need unlike the other shop, near my house, that I use to frequent. I enjoy European roll your own cigerettes along with European pipe tobacco's that lean toward the exotic. In short, I like the store and again the gentleman on duty was very helpful. I mentioned a brand "Sampson" which is a hand rolling variety of tobacco from the Netherlands which I have been unable to find for a year or more. To my pleasant surprise he said he carries it but sadly is currently out of stock. He took the time to do some checking and replied that he has it on order and it will arrive at the shop Monday May 11.
