And yes i did buy just 3 more loose change tickets just to make sure all the tickets werent magically winners... They werent.. but besides that this store is pretty awesome.. 5 stars.”

“I’m so happy I found South Shore Vapor Lounge. I’ve spent years going to different vape shops because I was never satisfied after the first or second visit. This place is great! The first time I visited the shop, I had called first to make sure they were open. Michelle had told me that they were actually closing up but offered to wait for me to rush over… talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I had a few questions and Rick was more than knowledgeable, in regards to all my questions. They always have the coils I need unlike the other shop, near my house, that I use to frequent. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance to be their customer. Friendly and knowledgeable; they are the perfect example of what a great vape shop should be like.”

I mentioned a brand "Sampson" which is a hand rolling variety of tobacco from the Netherlands which I have been unable to find for a year or more. To my pleasant surprise he said he carries it but sadly is currently out of stock. He took the time to do some checking and replied that he has it on order and it will arrive at the shop Monday May 11. “Ignore the review from Nia Ortiz. Any pen will leak if you don't store it properly (too warm a space) or leave it upside down so the liquid can leak into the coil or gum up the mouth piece.
The fryd's here are legit. I get them regularly and they are fine.
Been a customer here since my teens and I'm in my late 30s now. This place is great. Staff is helpful and chill. Great selection of products at a fair price.
Some of these negative reviews are just from whiny customers that can't admit fault, are upset the store closes when understaffed (which is rare), or dislike the pricing.
I've never had a single complaint shopping here in over 15 years.”
