“We were looking for a clean, well lit place to put our extra storage items and we ended up at Patchogue Extra Space Storage. James was very helpful and explained all of our options and size difference. He also walked us down to show us what the different units looked like. All in all a great experience and I feel great about putting all of my belongings into storage. Thanks James for your help!”
“Michael was fantastic—professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth. I really appreciated his positive attitude and helpfulness. Highly recommend!”

“DeAnde was amazing throughout the entire process. He was charming and kind, got me a water when I vaguely mentioned being thirsty. He made every step of the process simple, explained everything clearly and helped choose the best reservation option for my needs. I will definitely be returning to this location. Also, give him a raise!”
“I just picked up a trailer for our trip to Word of Life Christian Camp with First Baptist Church of Patchogue, and Danielle was the person who helped me. I’ve been there many times, and she is always a pleasure to deal with. She is hardworking, efficient, and genuinely kind.
Danielle personally hooked up the trailer for me, made sure everything was ready to go, and wished us a safe trip. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are greatly appreciated. She is truly a kind and gentle person, and her excellent customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Danielle!”

“Gabrielli and Alex from the Hicksville branch were wonderful to deal with.
We had had such poor service with Penske in the past and decided to give them a try. Alex was prompt, knowledgeable and had us approved and in a tractor within an hour. Saved us from hours/days of delays.
Highly recommend!”

“We are so grateful & pleased with the service and care that Phil provided to us, we are repeat customers and will continue to use and recommend his uhaul service. The trucks are always clean and ready to go, the paper work is quick and he is both professional and easy to work with. Thank you Phil!”
“Inside front window was very dirty.... Needs a proper cleaning...
The service manager was very helpful and got me in and out quickly and explained all charges...”
“I rented a Penske truck at the last minute for a local move and was very pleased. Right off the bat they offered me a discount on the mileage rate without even asking and offered a truck with a lift gate, which was beyond helpful. I intially rented the truck for one day but couldn't return it in time and having the truck from Thursday to Saturday only cost $108. I highly recommend using them”
“The ease of picking up the rental and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at the location was excellent. It was extremely hassle free. The location was perfect for pick-up and drop-off, being on the corner of both a major road and a quieter side road (for those potentially new to driving a rental and wanting to have a quieter stretch to get comfortable with the vehicle) and having the space to take the photos before and after renting. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area needing a truck rental!”
“My experience with U-Haul has been a positive 1. I would definitely recommend using U-Haul. The staff was professional and courteous, Each and every time I have rented one of their pieces of equipment, which has been in the many thus far.
Every location I have dealt with U-Haul has been five star. Thank you for your help, John G.”
“Thanks to Brian and the team at Taylor rental we had everything we needed for a party outside: tent, tables, chairs, linens. Brian is very organized and professional, follows up, and made helpful suggestions. The team arrived on time to install the tent, which was sparkling clean, and completed everything in short order. We highly recommend this company.”
“I thought this was a car rental place, I must have asked the taxi driver to go to the wrong place, anyway I needed a car for the next few days and they had a 26 ft truck available so I just use that to get around, it wasnt bad, very spacious”
“Had a very good experience renting a vehicle from Penske. The two girls that work there were absolutely amazing. Very professional, very personable, but most of all very helpful. Will be renting again from this location!”
“I booked my car through a third party and needed to upgrade it during a period when almost everything was fully booked. Dianna was incredibly kind and helpful she went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate her excellent service.”
