This is the worst post office in all of Long Island, I sent a certified document and it never arrived at its destination, I went 5 times to ask and they never gave me an answer, I talked to supervisor Zachary and when I asked him where my email was that it was their responsibility to know where I was he hung up on me. The worst service

terrible. The post office drivers are very rude and have a nasty attitude. My mail has been missing, and reported to the police already.

I filled out a 30 day mail hold form. I come back to collect my mail and give a change of address form, they don't have my mail. And it gets better. The form was never processed. So my mail that had student loan forms, insurance paperwork and birthday cards is in the garbage. I went to the address that I had the mail put on hold for, the new owners said there was no mail delivered. What is the point of filing out forms? Losing my home was bad enough. Now I have this hanging over my head. It's not fair.

I have had this post office lose more packages than anyone EVER . The men that work there are RUDE and act like you are bothering them. Do not ship anything out from them. My mail at least 1x every 2 weeks is lost or delivered to the wrong address. They need the ppl from center each P. I to teach them customer service as well as how not to lose a package. STEAR CLEAP OF SHIPPING OUT FROM HERE.

Went to pay for Priority Mail Shipping and they claimed their internet is intermittent and the transaction did not go through. When I checked my credit card through the app, it said it was charged but they still couldn’t do anything because it never showed up on their end due to their internet issues. Was forced to pay cash and their manager told me I had to call my credit card to resolve the issue. I will gladly change this review once they get their intermittent internet issues straightened out.

I had to mail a package that had a pre-printed return label. I needed to buy an envelope for the item. Get to the counter with the Clerk who had the personality of a rock. Conveniently not wearing a name badge, she had long, dark hair. I handed her the package with the return label. She stated they are not allowed to attach the label to the envelope. No big deal, if that's protocol, I understand. I asked for packaging tape so I could adhere the label, which I have done many times before, and am aware they have the tape behind the counter for boxes, etc. This nasty thing made me purchase a roll of packaging tape, and when I questioned if she had tape behind the counter, she ignored me. Wonderful customer service, but, she has job security!

Customer service is disgusting, got to the point I had to request a postmaster/manager to speak to, the clerk wasn’t knowledgeable of what I was asking.
