The temperature in The TA is absolutely freezing. I swear I could see my breath. They’ve got these poor ladies working in conditions that would make a snowman clock out. How do you expect anyone to function when it feels like the Arctic blasted straight through the front door?
It’s ridiculous, uncomfortable, and honestly just disrespectful to the people stuck working there. Shame on you for thinking this is acceptable. Turn the heat on or hand out parkas at the entrance, because this is not it.

They said I was next to have a tire put on my truck. There was one truck ahead of me so that was true. I don't know why it took them 3 hours to even get me into a bay when they have six bays, And only that one truck. Then they let me sit for four more hours before they even got to work on my truck. I asked several times when they would be done and they just kept saying soon. I had a customer I was supposed to be at in a few hours but I ran out of drive hours because of their poor service. Go anywhere else! It can't be worse.

Shop has hardly any staff, and what staff it does have is not very skilled. Simple things sure, but any diagnostic type of work forget it. Don't waste your time! Also was told they checked my batteries when you could clearly see a wrench never touched the battery nuts, and there were no signs of disturbance in the dust on cables. So no way they were checked.

Very worst place don’t come for mechanic shop work. Check in Wednesday morning 8 am I asked them please check computer I can’t drive 5 km more please check they said no no busy now we can’t do it wait for next day I said ok next day morning they cooked up computer 9 am check everything they sadi we can’t do it. Go to delarship Then I torwed my truck I go to one of the mechanic shop he only fix inlet nox sensor truck ready 3 hours but your guys very lazy guys 😡😡😡😡

This location charged me for a free parking spot after spending $600 in fuel and more in the store. i would have used a credit but there were NO free spots!!!
My multi BILLION dollar trucking company brothers OF PRIME INC should stay away from this FRAUDULENT LOCATION!
Im over TA my 5k a month spending is going back to LOVES BC they RESPECT their patrons!!!

Hello. My name is Wayne. I just wanted to thank the gentleman who helped me today. They were able to loose the cap on fuel tank that was stuck. I greatly appreciate this team of workers who stepped up to the plate and did a outstanding job. I say this because even though it may have been something that seemed small.its was a big deal to me. These guys were very respectful and courteous. So I say thanks again and God bless

Very bad experience. Really unexpected from TA customer service team. I was out of fuel and need to fill up but the guy doesn’t even know how to get the payment through T cheque. Very unprofessional and Rude he was. Never gonna stop here again.
