Mail that shows to be delivered on the informed delivery always missing or delivered to neighbors. Driver wont deliver if snow isnt plowed right up to mailbox and they have to stretch a little extra. Overall poor delivery service. No issues with office tho.

Staff was fine. lobby is very dirty which most likely is not their fault....No poster 7 ......all in all ok.

Why is it that my mail carrier refuses to take the outgoing mail out of the mailbox? Instead, she just puts the flag down and piles the incoming mail on top of the mail she is supposed to take with her.

I ordered an item from Amazon. It was sent through USPS. They claimed that the item was delivered in the mailbox. First of all the item is not fitting in the mail box so it can't be delivered there. Second: i called and after they took my info they said they will call back with their investigation. Never happened. I went to the office and the lady at the front desk said that the item was misplaced and they will call me. Never happen. I asked my wife to go check again as I was at work, and when she got there she was yelled at and asked to leave !!!! This is a truly customer service! Well worth to do business with

I live right in corinth NY and the Post office Will definitely deliver the mail to your mailbox or your post office box

I've had nothing but issues. One teller is rude, I've received messages my packages were delivered to my P.O. box, when I checked, there was no package or slip, when I asked the teller to check she refused. The next day I went back and there was a different teller, again no slips in my P.O. box, the teller checked and sure enough my packages were there. Their most recent failure was when they sent a package that had been delivered and meant for me, back to one of their shipping facilities. It was to be forwarded to my P.O. box but my package got shipped to another person in a different state. I'm still trying to figure out how I'll get my package. Go to U.P.S. or FedEx and save yourself a headache and if you absolutely need to use the post office I recommend going to a different one.
