This place is just not run right in any sense. The staff, 2 girls just stand around gossiping and not caring, Linda is a terrible employee all she does and do nothing & tells everyone what they should be doing and not enforcing it, the girl in the scooby doo mask was really sweet and helpful even though her line was 35 mins. long NOT bc she is slow but bc the others do not help and watch her struggle and keep her posture. All I had was a pack of gum and face razors and it took that long and they had both computers working just no one wanted to help her (she is new as I had to ask) THE EMPLOYEES JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS OR OTHERS. P.S. Linda has asked about customers prescriptions and why they need them and how much they need. Weird!

The staff here, front desk, pharmacy, stocking shelves, etc., are very friendly. The inventory is a little inconsistent right now, but that's due to the supply chain situation many businesses are experiencing. Some of the coolers were off and filled with ... clutter? ... probably undergoing some repairs or improvements. You have to be a bit cautious exiting onto Palmer Avenue, especially if you are turning left. You're on an incline, and in the winter, your view to the left is blocked a bit due to snowbanks.

Tried to get prdnozone filled for my fiancee., first time shorted her 9 pills. When I went to pick up the missing pills they again shorted her 2 more pills. When asked about they told us we were mistaken and didn't no how to count. When I went to Walgreens to ask about them I was greeted with "You are wrong, I counted them myself" for a reply. I already had to switch to Stones Pharmacy for my daughter's and my own prescription, and now I will be moving her scipts to Stone's also.

Received both of my Covid Vaccination Doses here and everyone was super friendly and quick as well! Made sure everyone was social distancing and got everyone through their shots in a timely manner while also allowing everyone to take their post 15 minutes to make sure they didn't react to the shot. That also being said they have a wide selection of products, even snacks and drinks I haven't found anywhere else. Front end clerk was polite and friendly and the entire store was clean and within covid guidelines as far as I could tell

This place is rude and ridiculous. Staff could use some people skills. I. Will. Never. Set. Foot. In. This. Store. Again.

Ever since Walgreens took over Rite Aid it has been a disaster. Computers down all the time, no employees around to help you, some items have no signage so you can't find them. They even lost all my information at the pharmacy! Not to mention you have to be a billionaire to purchase anything in the store now. We want Rite Aid back. Get lost Walgreens.

Walgreens took over our local Rite Aid Pharmacy a few months ago. Since then mine and my daughters prescriptions are not available when needed. They are constantly saying, at renewal, that they called and requested, however when reaching out to our doctors offices they state they "just received the request". None of the allergy information transferred over which is a big deal for my daughter as she has several medicinal allergies. This is a constant struggle it seems as our medicines renew every 30 days. Sign up for autofill, but why when our scripts aren't available when we need them? Walgreens, fix what wasn't broken before you took over or we'll switch to CVS. This is ridiculous. People need their meds on time!!
