“I lived at quail bay over a year and whenever anything Needed to be fixed, Chris made sure it was done within a timely manner. Chris is a very understanding, down to earth, man! I noticed that the reviews on here are awful and untrue, so I wanted to be sure to write something honest so that people weren’t being lead astray. I even got my full deposit back and all I did was make sure the place was cleaned up and good to go. So as long as you’re a good tenant, you will be very satisfied! :)”

Lucinda, the landlady, was fantastic—always responsive and quick to assist with any issues that arose. The maintenance man, John, was equally reliable, promptly addressing repair requests and often responding within minutes. It was clear that both Lucinda and John took great pride in their work and approached everything with integrity. I would absolutely choose to live here again!”
