My apartment was clean, very spacious, and quiet. I never had any problems with any other tenants or parking.Lucinda is a wonderful landlord that is also responsive and kind with any questions or problems that you may have. There is also an incredible maintenance worker named John that is very quick to help out with anything you may need fixed.If I was not moving out of the area I would definitely continue to live there and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Corning area!”

“Great view from the top 3rd floor unit, walking distance to Market Street. Tiffany always responds quick to messages if you have concerns. Shared laundry so if you have pets and you love washing your pet's stuffs, just be mindful with the other users. Parking space is 1st come 1st serve.”

I noticed that the reviews on here are awful and untrue, so I wanted to be sure to write something honest so that people weren’t being lead astray. I even got my full deposit back and all I did was make sure the place was cleaned up and good to go. So as long as you’re a good tenant, you will be very satisfied! :)”
