“I recently had to have a rear window replaced on my 2016 Outback. Safelite had an issue with a rusty nut on the trim and could not finish the job. I called Carapella and they told me to bring it down right away and they would look at it. The nut had to be ground off because it was so rusted. They took care of this quickly and did not charge me anything. I appreciate their kindness and friendliness. I would highly recommend them for body work.”
