My first cut and color with Abbagael was the best I have ever had. She is patient and listens to what I am looking for but also helps with recommendations. I recently completed a blonde highlight in my hair with her, I feel pretty and refreshed!

Haley is talented and friendly. I have gone to her for years and have always been pleased with her service. She colors my roots, highlights and cuts my hair regularly, and I never had a bad experience. She does an excellent job! When I first started going to her, I had messed my hair up doing it at home, and she did a wonderful job fixing it. The whole salon is very friendly and the overall experience is always amazing!

I go to Haley for haircuts and hair dye when I am home from college every few months. She has always done an excellent job with whatever requests I have. She makes you feel at ease and does an amazing job giving me the haircut and color that I ask for. I would highly recommend her.

Haley is a blonding expert.
When I tell you that I have spent the last 5 years on a quest for the perfect shade of blonde, I mean that I have visited innumerable world class salons in New York City, Europe, the Middle East, and multiple American cities; all of which left me disappointed… Who knew the holy grail was right here in Corning, New York?
I have naturally ultra fine level 6.5/7 hair, prone to breakage, and Haley not only masters the *chef kiss* perfect color every time, but meticulously ensures my baby tresses are protected and safe and maintain their strength through the entire bleaching process.
Also, she gives awesome scalp massages during the shampoo process! I come once a week for a blowout because it’s such a great experience and the styling she does is amazing.
Overall, she is a bubbly and positive person and so pleasant to work with.
Go to Haley for blonding, and LISTEN to her advice. She knows more than you, trust the process.

called to book a root touch up back in august. i told them over the phone to please book me with someone experienced with brunettes. i got to my appointment and haley did not want to bleach my roots. instead, she used a very dark permanent color to try to lift my roots and failed. i wasn’t comfortable with this but the stylist convinced me it would lift. the whole time haley was doing my hair she was getting stared at by the other stylist which made me feel so uncomfortable bc i automatically felt she did not know what she was doing. also if they don’t trust a new stylist, why recommend me to her knowing i was scared to go in in the first place? my roots ended up so much darker than when i originally went in and did not lift. not only that, i now have to deal with permanent in my hair. i now have a thick streak of dark hair all around my head that i now have to grow out or spend hundreds for a color correction bc no matter what i do it always shows through. all i wanted was a simple root touch up… thanks bombshell!

I recently moved from California and I came to NY in hopes to find someone similar to my solon that I have been with for many years. I have hair extensions and I needed a hair move up and hair color. Yes it's more then what I pay then in California but that's to be expected with it being different area that's not the issue I don't mind paying if I get what I asked for. So long story short I got all over bleach retouch and after there was a toner put over and I asked to have just a shade or half a shade darker added to my rooted area so it don't look so stark well to my surprise it came out dark like reddish brown I never wanted that color and not only was it darker I looked legit like a cheetah, the dye was stained on my scalp as well and the lightening in the solon I couldn't tell until I got home and it was shocking especially when I asked if I could have it redone and the lady asked the solon owner what can be done and they said it was my fault because I asked for it even tho I'm not the expert and didn't know it couldn't be done. So I was told I can come back for no charge and was hoping to get my whole head redone and she mentioned let's just do the top area and we can do the whole head with your next appointment and I honestly didn't want to do that but I agreed because she did try to help with getting me in without paying again but after that visit it still didn't look the best but was better and was hoping next time I come in it would be better so I texted her and asked for a appointment again for hair color and hair extensions moved up and I have been getting no replies!!!! So she talked me out of redoing my whole head and then ignored me now?? That's not ok because I would have wanted my whole head done then if this would be the outcome. I have stressed to her that I have had horrible experiences with bleach so it's really hard trusting someone to bleach my hair so this is very messed up. It wasn't cheap service it's $100 a row and I had 2 rows and for hair color it's $180 and that's without a tip. My hair extensions have been sliding down as well just after 3 weeks of getting them installed and I have mentioned to her and no replies like I have mentioned. Please save your money and find someone who will not make you feel bad for their mistakes and I honestly deserve all my money back but it's ok this review is worth it to me. I have pics to prove I just have no idea how to share them and hope I can because it's that bad!!!! I would do your research and go anywhere but there even if you have to drive further so you don't get this treatment if they mess up your hair.

Haley did an amazing job with my coloring and curtain bangs. During the whole experience we had great conversation and she made me feel confident in her abilities. She's newer to the shop but she fits right in.

I had the best experience! I'm very pleased with my hair! Isabel really took her time with my hair, it turned out so beautiful! I will definitely be coming back! The salon is very clean and everyone is so nice! I got my eyebrows and eyelashes done also and I'm very satisfied how it turned out. Becky walked me through the process (since it was my first time) I had so many compliments ?

Bombshell is absolutely amazing! The environment is very comfortable. I go every couple weeks to get my hair done and Everytime I go in, the girls are all always welcoming and always are asking me if I need anything while my color is processing. They are an all aveda salon which is all natural which is amazing for people who are allergic or have sensitives! I highly recommend going here for any service!

Honestly, don't waste your time. They maybe have only person in here that possibly may know what they are doing. The impression I got from this place is this is where young girls learn at the expense of your precious hair for top dollar. I made an appointment 2 different times and neither time could they give a simple textured cut. At least they were honest about it. Just wish my time wasn't wasted.

I had booked an appointment on a whim and was extremely nervous. I feel like I’ve hardly had good experiences with hair dressers. But oh my goodness am I glad that I came to see Heather! She spent so much time on making my hair even and honestly PERFECT! She styled it to match hers because I had said I loved her hair and she made me feel absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for making me feel pretty again Heather! I’ll definitely be back!
