My family has had multiple services here and I've always gotten a bad vibe from this place. The location feels old, dreary and outdated. Last service was for my uncle and during the cemetery service they misspoke and called him my father's name instead. My father was sitting right there in the crowd. They didn't catch nor correct it and I'll always feel bad for not speaking up.

Sadly, we had to use the services of Carpenter's Funeral Home twice in the past 13 months. I cannot say enough how compassionate and attentive they were to our family's needs. They provided exceptional service and follow up. I would highly recommend them.

They were so kind a d caring you thought they were family. They had already printed prayer cards but my husband nephew came up with one we liked better so after I asked they printed the newer one also at no charge. I can't say enough of good things Carpenters have done for me. I thank them

Excellent service! Peter helped me with my arrangements and doesn't push anything on you. It's all about your wishes and nothing more.Very understanding. I recommend going to Carpenter's Funeral Home if you need funeral arrangements for your loved ones.

Carpenter's took care of things when my mother passed away in 2019 and now they are handling my father who just passed away on August 16th. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful during this sad time. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They even drove all the way to Rochester to pick up my father. They were truly a blessing to me.

We were more than satisfied with the service that we had .They made it to be the place I want to be too. Dad sure was set on Carpenters cause we have always done our funerals with them. They are great at what they do and I felt they were the best choice.

I would like to thank Carpenter's Funeral Home for the amazing job they did I found them very affordable and very helpful I believe they done a beautiful job helping us with the funeral of James English I believe they did a wonderful job and I would recommend them highly they made the whole transaction a lot easier and hard times I could not have asked for a better service for Jay and for everybody to be able to say goodbye

Money hungry corporate garbage if any one person owns all the funeral homes in your area there is a problem

All the people at Carpenters funeral Home are absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to take care of my mom and my family. Even after everything was done they still checked on me to make sure we were doing well. I can't begin to thank them but being so wonderful!! I would tell everyone this is the place to go when it's time. Thank you again Garrett your awesome.

Pete and the others were very compassionate and very helpful with every part of the arrangements, including coming to my home when the roads were bad. I have no complaints.
