This is such a horrible bank!! Don't bank here!! They are rude and disrespectful!! They have been ignoring me regarding serious concerns about my account!! Carol Holmes and Katie Boyle are not helpful!! I have been asking to speak to Katie's manager and she won't tell me nor does anybody know who it is!! Yall are a weird as bank!!!!!!

Great unless you have a problem and require assistance. Been a member for over ten years. Self service is great, but requiring assistance such as fraud or a dispute with a charge forget it!

Several times I was threatened by employees in the loan department. 9/13/2022 an employee violated my rights requesting information he has no right to. Been dealing with this company for 6 months and they refuse to close the loan for a system that I don't have.Only today they stopped the future payments after I informed them I filed against them for the civil rights issue.The manager I spoke with refused to let me speak to his manager. It is a common practice for them to refuse the transfer. To get a manager I had to asked the bank side for the loan side.(A shout out to the after hours call center young lady Mrs/Miss R. She was basically the only professional employee I spoke to at 5:19 PM 9/14/2022)

Can't get ahold of anyone. Website hasn't worked since I got the loan. Get bills from them call no options, no 0 for operator. Calling in their noticed time window how the hell do I contact them? I just want this place to take my money... Been trying to get ahold of someone now for 2 months...

I ordered a gazebo online for $1785, was charged for the product which was supposed to be shipped within 7 days. I never received the product and filed a dispute. The dispute process takes 90 days I have been told. Today is day 57. I just noticed that there is another pending transaction on my account from the same company for $1785. I called up and spoke to a representative who advised that there is nothing they can do until the charge actually posts. This is horrific customer service because they wouldn't even take my name and follow up on the issue once it posts. I am responsible to call back and file another dispute. In the meantime, I am out $3570. This is a tremendous burden to have to pay upfront and then get credited on the backend 90 days later. The first charge was definitely something I ordered and needs to be disputed. The second charge is completely fraudulent, but no action will be taken on CCU's part until the charge is officially posted. Horrible! Other credit card companies have been much more accommodating in these situations............. p.s. I had to call back to cancel my credit card since it has been used fraudulently. Very surprised the 1st rep didn't advise me to do that. Ironically, the second representative I dealt with was lovely therefore upgraded from 1 to 2 star rating.

VERY disappointed in this credit union guys. Been with them for 12 yrs. had a few run ins with the Tyrantal behavior in the past.. But this time really takes the cake. Todd the supervisor in the underwriting Dept. Totally Disrespects the members. Undermines them and shows no compassion. He has the button on your loans guys..DO BETTER CCU. Your suppose to be serving the public. Not Good at all

My wife and I have been long standing members of Corning Creidt Union. We used to love them but in the last 1-2 years them have become increasingly difficult to work with and almost unbearable. We have recently established a strong relationship with a local bank and have made CCU secondary and potentially obsolete within the next year. I am not sure why this once friendly, customer oriented operation became so rigid and nasty. It might be new regulations, new management, the economy, etc. but we don't like it.......................... updating review due to having CCU call me to discuss. I am not thrilled with the processes of their operation in some instances but definitely appreciate the outreach from them. The initial 1 star rating may have been too harsh but I was upset at the time. updated 02/08/2022

They do not put their customers needs first. They disbursed funds for a project that was only half way done and now we are having to pay for panels that do nothing. As a customer I wish they would have reached out to confirm installation was completed before cutting a check to Moxie. When calling in to explain my concern and frustration I was told they would call back within 48hrs to come up with a solution. No call back, my husband called a week later and they said there is nothing they can do for us since they already paid Moxie. As a customer I feel they don't care to work with me and/or Moxie to make it right.
