Actually this is a review about a car that I in the end didn't buy from Craig. I put a $300 deposit on a great car at a good price, but I live in Rochester and needed to stay with a more local purchase. I was ready to kiss my $300 goodbye, but was happy to see it returned to my amex card just a few days later. BTW, there are three similar dealerships in a row at his location, and some negative reviews were mistakenly applied to Craig's Google listing.

Great maintenance and repair for European cars, and usually some interesting used cars and SUVs on hand for sale.

Craig and his staff are awesome! I was in the area from NYC helping my family move to Las Vegas. I discovered that I was leaking gas from one of the fuel pumps from my 87 Mercedes. Yes, it has 2 fuel pumps. I left the car there, never meeting Craig, Owen was very helpful saying that I would be contacted. Not only was I contacted but, they even picked me up at the Airport almost 2 weeks later. 5 stars are not enough for Craig's Auto Sales

My husband died four months ago. Before he did, he had Craig's look at his beloved TT, with the problem being the computer (car does not start). He was told, back then, that a tech will get to it "whenever they have a chance". After Duvid's passing, my numerous attempts at them having any work done have been futile. I was provided with a list of several "we haven't had a chance to get to it" variety of excuses, ranging from "you have not dropped off the key" (I have, and it was found on their premises) to "one of our techs has quit and we are short-handed". There is always a dead silence on the other end of the line when I call to check on the TT's status, followed by "Which car? oh, that one... well, no, we haven't looked at it yet, let me check with (whomever) on that, we will call you back, we have your phone number". Four months and counting. Why a place like that earn a good review?

Craig might seem like a nice person once you meet him, however like most used auto sales groups, all they care about is getting money from you and a rust bucket of a vehicle. A few years ago my girlfriend purchased a Chevvy Aveo5 from them. The thing was an absolute mess. Rust was forming everywhere, clearly the vehicle was NOT looked after whilst it was sitting there. There was rust around the battery and other major components. Just like every other cars salesman, they only care about you up until you purchase the vehicle. Any other issue with the vehicle after you've purchased it, like any other used car sales group, they don't want you to come back to them.
