Brought my engagement ring here to have the diamond reset and not only was it am extremely quick repair but they even polished it so nicely! Definitely will be back!

My experience has only been on the telephone to ask if they could help me. The gentleman was soft spoken and kind so I know I already want to go there. An anomaly today for sure.

Gordon is not only a kind human, he helped me with a special ring my dad had given me right before he passed away. He found a creative way to resize the ring so I could wear it, without changing or altering the ring and the original ring size. Incredibly talented and I am grateful for what Gordon was able to do.

I used to do business, Gustin's in corning I dropped of some expensive pieces on a promise to pay at anytime and get them back.well I went to get them back and he kept the expensive pieces,and gave me back instead the jewelry that was of very little to no value,and insisted that I just pawned them. No Integrity.....

Owner was very knowlegeable
Although it was a busy X-mas season in his shop
We were offered is full attention
He gave us 10 unhurried minutes of his billable time
The sales associates were also pleasant and welcoming
Parking was just at the door
The quality and variety of the display items reminded us fine jewlery shops in Europe
Nice place, we will certainly return for any post- holiday sales or just to browse among the treasures
