I was fitted for a CPAP and Janelle was very courteous, helpful and professional. My appointment started right on time and was very efficient, but not rushed- I had ample time for any questions. Janelle guided me to a mask choice based on my needs and preferences. They had all the billing details sorted out with my insurance before I arrived and also advised on what spare/replacement parts my insurance covers and at what frequency. They also followed up by phone a few days later to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any other questions. There is a lot to know to use a CPAP and I felt very well prepared to get started that night. No complaints!”
