Girlfriend came in for a state inspection by herself. The car passed inspection with no issues but the technician still tried to up charge her for multiple things she didn’t need. For example they tried to sell her 4 new tires that didn’t need replaced, an alignment that was just done, an air filter that was just changed, and brake pads/rotors that did not need replaced. On top of all that the technician Troy S. was very rough with her car because he was having a bad day. She is never coming back because of the rude technician, terrible service, and unethical business practices. Nobody should ever bring a car here. This isn’t even the first issue we have had with this place.

Rude and way over charged.
If you break down on the road and this is the only place you can get in, just start a campfire and wait to get into another garage.

Came in for an inspection and was told my rotors needed replaced due to delamination. They showed them to me and they looked fine. I've been doing inspections for 20 years and there was nothing wrong with them. Took to 2 competitors shops and both said they were fine. Never going there again they just try to talk people into things they don't absolutely need.

Came in for an inspection and oil change, turns out I needed new brake pads and rotors. Cynthia worked with me and I was in and out in no time. Wonderful customer service, and looking forward to coming her for my next mechanical needs.

Great experience. We got a flat on the highway, called ahead and drove right up. We were back on the road with a proper repair in no time. Everyone was professional and friendly, and the work done right. Not sure what else you could ask for.

I want to give a special thanks to Jake & Josh for being top knoch when it comes to their business. My car had been shaking violently for the past 2 weeks and I finally got a chance to fix it. The moment I walked in I was acknowledged/ greated immediately & professionally. No sooner than I could finnish explaining the situation did they spring into action diagnosing the problems & explaining/ pointing out each issue with my car and how it needed to be repaired. I was shocked my tire was misshapen like a bumper car track and learned how a bad shock was causing that damage. I also learned where and what a tired rod was and how I needed it fixed. They worked together to revise a repair plan for me so I could get my car fixed according to my budget. Everything went smoothly and I will be back again for further repairs. Thank you again for getting the job done with excellent, pleasant & professional communication. I will be using you in the future and recommending you to other's!!!
