The communication, the speed of the job, the quality, incredibly pleased and would come back in a heart beat (though here's hoping I don't have to any time soon.)
Crunched my Challenger's bumper and bent the fender back, chipping paint on the front edge of the door. Figured with the specialty paint it'd be an expensive nightmare to get fixed up but they were great. I had a some damage from the dealership opening the doors of the other cars into one another, knew it was a matter of a couple ny winters before I had to deal w the rust, they fixed those up too!
Good to see her whole again.

This is my second time bringing my car to Carapella's and again the work that they did was excellent. I was so pleased. I appreciate everyone that works there including the receptionist. I recommend Carapella's 200% even if you have to travel a distance to get there it's well worth the trip. I promise you will be very satisfied with their work!!

I like to to give a special thanks to Joe, Kathleen, Angela & the entire team at Carapellas Collision. I needed alot of work done out of pocket & on a budget. The team undstood the assignment and knocked it out the BALL PARK!!! From the time I walked in the building the team was kind, courteous & informative providing me the best options for my budget. I had a small amount of time available for the many repairs needed and still they exceeded my expectations by finishing early. To top everything off the final cost was cheaper than expected. It was a great experience from start to finish. I will be recommending you to other. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!

I was travelling to New York from Canada and got into an accident close to where Carapellas was located. It was close to their closing time and i called was it was an emergency and being out of town me and family had no where to go. Kathleen was so caring and was able to secure us a towing company to assist us as well as her team stayed back after hours to assist with getting back on the road. The owner as well is such a wonderful guy and we are forever grateful to you and your team which helped us. Again thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys rock!

My car was rear ended and had extensive damage. Carapellas did an amazing job guiding through the process of it ultimately being totaled by insurance. They communicated so well and I really appreciated all the care they had put into the situation. I'll definitely return for any work I may need in the future. My friends recommended Carapella's to us, as they did a great job with body repairs to their vehicle. We went there to get some paint scrapes fixed from backing into a mailbox - we thought it would be a major process, as it looked like the paint had been scratched very deep on the rear hatch. Carapella's took a look at it and fixed it with a quick wipe, as it was just transferred paint on a plastic surface. The girl who ran the office was super friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with Carapella's professionalism and transparency in helping us out. Definitely recommend!
