I just called them, and explained the issue. The issue is I have splat hair dye on my hair, and I asked if she could do it, and she rudely snapped back at me and saidNope. Not doing it, you got a major project on your hands, enjoy.Like I'm sorry, but that is very rude, and unprofessional to do that to ANY customer.

Barb is a truly talented hairdresser that has unlimited and a vast knowledge of hair, hair types, styles, techniques, and more. She listens to her clients and makes them feel at ease and at home. She also asks questions and asks for feedback along the way. Barb is extremely customer service oriented.

Went to Barb for the first time today. She fixed a cut gone wrong from another shop. I’m truly impressed with her skill and knowledge on cutting hair. She’s warm and friendly - made me feel at home my first time going there. Her rates are very reasonable! I can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to Barb Painter for 4 yrs and have not received a bad haircut.
She listens and cuts your hair to your liking. She is truly a lovely person who gives her all to individual attention. The nicest thing, you are the only one that gets her attention . Thanks Barb for great haircuts and good conversations.
