This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! Takes days to get a script that is called in by your doctor!!! They send you text messages asking if you want to refill a script you message back so they know to fill it but don’t get another text back for weeks stating it’s ready for pick up!!! What is the hold up really?? It shouldn’t take that long to get the script contact the insurance and put a label on a bottle!! Something needs to give with this place or they are going to end up losing a lot of business and not just mine….

Worst pharmacy in the area. Terrible customer service. After telling them twice to order a high deductible medication that we needed ASAP I called to check on the progress of the order and when I could expect it to be ready for pick up I was told they were waiting for a response from me because it was a high deductible prescription. When I told them that I already told them to order it, once in person and once by phone I got no explanation asto why it wasn't ordered. And in turn they lost my business.

After Calling in a disabled child medicine has taken over six days to get it. They told me one day to come down and it will be ready in an hour I showed up two hours later it was not there they said that they still need to fill out and they were waiting for a new order of it because I didn’t have it in stock. They do this every month and I’m tired of it.

Closedm on us and wouldn't let us in right after closing after driving over an hour to get there but my fault seems how I was pushing it to last min!

Wegmans pharmacy is the worst pharmacy!! I will never ever go to Wegmans pharmacy ever again!!!! The worst place to get your medication ever!!! I have nothing but problems with this!!! Never in my life have I ever had to have problems with a pharmacy like this!!!! The reason why I’m writing this review is because of the fact that I take medication every day and I only go to pick up my medication once a month from Wegmans pharmacy. They are always giving me partial prescriptions!! They make you go without medication!! there’s been days where I needed my medication and here. I am waiting on Wegmans pharmacy. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, and I don’t believe I will ever use this pharmacy ever again word to the wise. I advise you guys not to use this pharmacy as well.

The customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible and when there’s an issue the refuse to let you speak to a manager.

I have been using Wegmans Pharmacy for years and have never had an issue with getting my medications. I have had issue's at Wegmans Pharmacy it was with the my insurance company not the Pharmacy itself.

They really go out of their way to make things a hassle. After four years of asking why text alerts don’t work a person at the answering service spent ten seconds finding out my number was filed wrong. Leaving for another pharmacy after over ten years. Another local customer lost.
