Same here just a little bit over a year I purchased just under $700 worth of empty promises. No refund insight just excuses. This company is a complete con artist false advertisement just to get you to buy in and you get nothing in return so don’t go by Future orders because the future is you’re getting nothing they’re robbing you from whatever you purchased. I’m always getting excuses where are getting your packages ready or that manufacturers is running into some issues or they had an extraordinary outcome of orders and trying to catch up I’ve heard it all and still haven’t received anything. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from mag fast.
And they’re not registered with the Better Business Bureau but they had over 40 complaints and they don’t respond to them within the past year

I paid over $400 for my pre-order of the green family starter pack in 2021. It’s over 4 years later and I still haven’t received a refund or any product. This man is a con artist. Clearly I’m not the only person who prepaid and received nothing. The audacity for them to be marketing like this and asking for more
money is Ludicrous. I need my money or my products so I can be done with you lying losers. Don’t expect anything if u pre-ordered anything.

Well, I placed a pre-order in 2020 with them and apparently they couldn't get their shit together enough to send out the units. They never followed up with me on my pre-order. I don't know how they are now, but I wouldn't spend my money with them. I'm sure other companies have the same or similar units now and that are probably less expensive.

The guy running this place is a con artist. It's been five years since I ordered and they took my money. Order never came and all they do is stall and lie. But hey, at least they planed a tree for me (although I doubt that as well). Save your money for a legitimate company, not these thieves.

I do love the chargers, but it's not enough for me to overlook how much I put into the initial kit with everything (REALLY would love the car kit) and they're refusing to refund or provide product we've paid for.... Don't invest with these guys

Like many others have stated, I too paid and ordered years ago but never received anything. I ordered the big set with all the bells and whistles, the jump start and the battery packs and so on. It all catches up to them and they claim to have to restructure and claim to issue a credit except it's unusable at their online store since the only thing available is a couple of cables and an adapter. The responses you get then become copy and paste and no real interaction which is a 180 from the sham over the years. After losing all faith and hope in the company and of getting any refund, I can truly say Magfast is a scam. Read the real reviews and avoid this company if you want anything for your money.

It had been 5 years since I’ve ordered my Magfast. I have not received my product or a requested refund. In fact, I was declined a refund and I was asked to be patient after 5 years of waiting. The product I ordered has since been discontinued. They requested that I change my refund request to magbucks vouchers. I have no faith in this company or their products. I just want my money back. I am very disappointed with how this business is running.

Waited years for my product to finally arrive and when it did I wasn't really impressed. Ended up giving all my items I received from there away. Was very disappointed.

Ordered $300 worth of charging accessories three years ago. After being told multiple times that I just needed to be patient, they finally admitted today that I’m never getting my stuff, but credited my account with $1500 worth of “MagBucks”. Generous, right? The problem is they can only be used for 50% of the purchase price, which means I’d end up giving them $1050 for what appears to be overpriced charging cables and chargers that are being sold on amazon for less than $50, plus no real guarantee that I’d ever actually receive anything. This seems like a case of “fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.”
Not sure what to do about this, other than accept the fact that I’m out $300.

Hard to believe the praises for this company. I have had a horrible experience with Magfast. It's been over 3 years since I preordered and have still not received my purchase.

A company that gives away prizes, puts on a big fuss and does not deliver. This is the third reinvention of the same company with the same CEO who is big with bluster but does not fulfill his backers pledges. Beware you are likely NOT GOING TO GET YOUR PRODUCT, I didn’t after waiting 4 years. When I read they went under the first time I should have know…. Sorry just trying to save people from disappointment and losing money!

They pretend to have a product and want you to be early investor but you'll never receive anything. They are now trying to start a new product and get more investors. Avoid this company!
