This is an old historic home and it comes with all the character and imperfections. I loved it! The grounds are scenic and the location is convenient to West Point, Woodbury Commons, Newburgh, and the many restaurants in Cornwall. Our hosts were great and the breakfast offerings were delicious. When I'm in the area, I will definitely look to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Cromwell Manor! The innkeepers, Kate & Vadym, were excellent—warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was delicious and such a treat to start the day. The grounds are beautifully maintained, peaceful, and full of charm, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Don’t forget to pet the cutest dog, Roy. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We booked this B&B as it was convenient to Storm King and well-priced.The property is well-maintained, clean and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. It was so pleasant sitting outside and enjoying our breakfast every morning and, then, experiencing the sunset every evening while enjoying a glass of wine and freshly baked cookies. Kate, the person who managed the Inn, was charming, accommodating and made tasty and attractively plated breakfasts-to-order (pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, fresh fruit, etc) as well as those fabulous cookies. Coffee, water and snacks are available all day.

We had a wonderful visit at the manor. My husband and I have stayed multiple times. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and the inn and grounds are lovely & peaceful. There are chairs on the porch and the patio to sit, relax and watch the sunset. The breakfast was delicious. & served on the patio. Many choices. The dining room is very nice. I had my daughter’s baby shower there a few years ago. The staff is like family, friendly and helpful. Staying at the Inn is our preference rather than the commercial chains. We highly recommend it.

After visiting the Storm King art center, this was the perfect place to spend the night. Very quiet and comfortable, friendly and accommodating hosts, all in the historic setting of this 1820 era manor. Plus an excellent breakfast and coffee and great views of the surrounding landscapes. And a very nice wine shop only half a mile away.

This Inn is such a find! We loved our stay so much. The Inn itself is a gem! The room was beautiful and quite comfortable. The setting is GORGEOUS. And the location cannot be beat. But the very best thing about our stay at the Inn were the innkeepers! Amazingly hospitable, great team, funny, engaging and warm. We left thinking we would definitely be back soon. - and we will! We LOVED it!

We just returned from a restorative and transformative stay at the Cromwell Manor Inn! The rooms are very comfortable and inviting. They are tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The building has lovely common rooms, including a lounge, coffee and tea bar, and a grand dining room that looks out over the beautifully landscaped gardens. The location is fabulous—very close to Storm King Art Center and many restaurants. What made our stay truly special was the wonderful care we received from the innkeeper and staff. They went out of their way to welcome us and considerately accommodated our dietary requests for the home-cooked breakfast (just let them know a few days before your arrival). We are vegan and were delighted to start the mornings with avocado toast with fresh tomatoes and herbs, a bowl of oatmeal brimming with fresh fruits, and home-made vegan blueberry pancakes! I hope we are able to return again soon and would highly recommend the inn to anyone looking for a special getaway!

Wonderful stay! I went on a mini vacation with my 6 year old and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy and close by, our bags were brought in for us and we were given a lovely tour of the grounds and room. The inn is beautiful and cozy with a game room and lovely common areas throughout. Our room was clean and exactly as pictured online. The best part of our stay was the incredible host family of inn keepers. They are why we loved the place and why we will certainly return with the rest of the family. From the scrumptious breakfast to the sunset yoga, our hostess is innovative kind and beautiful inside and out. I enjoyed speaking with and learning her interesting story. Her daughter and husband are both very kind and fun! My son keeps saying “this place is the best” and he wrote it in the guest book too :)

Literally, the nicest people you would ever want to meet, run this place. We had such a great time and were so touched by their generosity of spirit, hospitality, and just all-around fun and friendly demeanor. Rooms are cute, quiet, comfy, very nicely maintained. They made me a delicious breakfast sandwich on the best bread ever! I ate my breakfast on their gorgeous patio under an umbrella. Highly recommend!

Cromwell Manor is a lovely 1880’s mansion that has been converted into a lovely bed and breakfast facility. I sits on a slight rise surrounded by fields. It is about 15 minutes away from the New York State Thruway, but there is shopping and food within 5 to 15 minutes. The family who are managers are lovely and on-site and willing to help in any way they can. The breakfast is good and she is wiling to make adjustments for dietary needs - a good thing to let them know before you get there. It is immaculate and extremely well maintained. I loved it.

Our entire stay at the Cromwell Manor Inn was fantastic. The Inn itself is a gorgeous old building that is both grand and cozy. It is clean and well maintained. The property is lovely as well with plenty of beautiful and peaceful places to relax. The location is wonderful - just over 10 minutes to Storm King Art Center and less than an hour drive from other hot spots like the CIA, the walkway over the Hudson, Poughkeepsie and Beacon (just a 30 minute drive). There are also many hiking trails to explore and wineries/breweries to visit in the region.
Considering the wonderful accommodations and location, it’s really saying something that our favorite part of staying at the Cromwell Manor Inn was the staff. Kate and her family are absolutely delightful. They not only answered our questions and cooked very tasty breakfast they truly made the Inn feel like home for a few very special days. We will definitely be back!
