I ordered the Celebrating You arrangement for my niece's 50th birthday. The arrangement was beautiful, however, the reason I gave a 4-star rating is because it didn't have the curly ribbons, which was what caught my eye when selecting this particular arrangement. Notwithstanding the missing ribbons, like I said, the arrangement was beautiful, my niece loved it, and since most of my family lives in New Windsor I'll probably order from Merritt Florist again. Thank you.

Merritt Florist was extremely professional to work with delivering Get Well balloons with a teddy bear to my grand daughter.
They have the ability to access West Point and delivered within 2 hours of my order.
Mary loved her teddy and balloon bouquet.
I will use them again.

Unfortunately, this order did not live up to expectations. I’ve ordered several times before and would say it’s been a consistent 5 stars. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of those times….at least for what I paid…in my opinion.

Fantastic florist! Especially great for sending flowers to cadets at West Point. They have the system/process down! This is my 3rd time ordering flowers and each time the delivery has been on time and the flowers have been more beautiful than expected. Wonderful service! Five stars across the board!

I spent just under $100 on a bouquet of flowers for valentines days and they came and look horrible. Very poorly done and I could’ve gotten something significantly better for the price. ?
