When I walked in the bank, it was super crowded for a Tuesday and I was hesitant to stay because the line was long to get to the front and speak to a teller but it moved at a decent pace and the highlight was that Cecilia was great! She helped me with all my needs and was really nice and personable.

The line is always crazy and very few employee .However , the employees are giving the best service but under employee all the time , have to wait 30 min minimum ..

Went to make a CTR business deposit in this place for the first time. There is only one teller & waited about 25 mins (which I don’t mind).The teller tells me I shouldn’t be making deposits in person because there is a “night drop-off”I explained my specific deposit doesn’t allow me to. She went ahead with the deposit and here comes CHARLES…Starts ranting about my deposit. Asks why I don’t do night drop. I started to explain I normally don’t deposit there & am required to deposit in person. He raises his voice at me in front of about 20+ people and says “WELL WE LEARN SOMETHING EVERY DAY AND THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING. FROM NOW ON WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR DEPOSIT. WE DON’T HAVE TELLERS AND TIME TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT” & walks away.Seriously??? This guy just yelled at me for making them do their job???Mind you… I had my 6 month old baby with me and he didn’t even hesitate to yell at me and my baby. Such a bad experience.We are in Jackson Heights, they are very used to mistreating clients like that and it needs to stop.Charles needs a new job… He is nasty and disrespectful…

Worst place ever. First time going to this bank and if I can give them zero stars then I would. First of all to find an appointment online for this place is the worst. I went to open a new checking account so I arrived at 9 am as soon as they opened but there was already a long line outside.First the security guard there is so rude, just to ask her a question she gives you a bad face. I just asked her “can I open a checking account without an appointment” and she rolled her eyes and point to the line. Another client went to ask her other questions because they wanted to make a deposit in the window and rolled her eyes again. If the guard doesn’t like her job there then maybe she should find another she does like.After waiting 45 mins in line, they passed me to a customer service rep. and I told her I want to open an account and she told me I can’t do it without an appointment. Why couldn’t they tell me this in the first place when I asked? I ask for an appointment and they have availability in 3-4 weeks. With a bad attitude the rep told me if you want to open an account without an appointment then go into the city. I thanked them for wasting my time and left.Its like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something. Customer service or even giving customer information is the worst.

Worst staff ever!!! The only nice person is the girl who welcomes you at the door to direct the flow of people. The bank tellers have horrible people and customer service skills especially the young woman. Why do you have people who act so ignorant acting as the face of Bank of America?If they don’t like people maybe they shouldn’t work a job that is 100% customer service.

I had the best experience I could have ever even imagined today at Bank of America. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was very pleased and I’m super grateful for all the employees and even the security guard for how they handled my situation today. I was seen right away, and I sat with Carlos M. What an AMAZING MAN! God bless the entire staff at Bank of America. Carlos, I’m so grateful for your help today! You’re incredible at what you do and truly made a difference/impact on my life. I am a 25 year old suffering with Tongue Cancer and has hard as it was to get out of bed this morning Im so grateful that I DID GET OUT OF BED. I’m grateful for the experience today, the help and the kind words we shared. I cannot thank you enough! We need more people like you guys in this world! You truly made an impact on my day and my life. What you did for us today will never go unnoticed! Thank you Carlos! Thank you to the Junction team at Bank of America. For the first time since all this cancer stuff I felt heard, I felt respected and I felt like people do care. So truly, thank you all! I hope to come back soon and give you guys something in return for how amazing you guys were today.Carlos, GOD BLESS YOU! Keep being amazing! You truly have a way with words and I’ll never forget you!

I was there early today for wire transfer. I though it will be waiting for long time like most all Bank of America. Even I got help, the manager came to me make sure i was helping. I was happy I was there because I don’t have to wait long time. The girl who gave me the business card, she is great. She did it in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much.
