“I started working in the area recently and was passing by and the store caught my attention. First time I walked in, I immediately noticed that there were a pair of therogood boots. I had to try them on, I was sold and said I would come back tomorrow for them. Once I got off my shift later I returned to take them home. I couldn't wait lol. There is a world of difference between see a product online through a screen and actually feeling them in person. Im in need of quality work pants and other apparel, and I'll be going back to this spot. I would highly recommend this spot. My fear is now going into this store and walking out with a lighter wallet, but you get apparel that will last a long time.”

There are many cute miscellaneous goods. I bought some hair clips. It's not cheap, but it's very cute.
However, the friendliness of the store staff is not very good, even considering that this is America.”

A young lady named Sashawn, who I believe is a manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding my selection. I mentioned that I wanted to surprise my wife but had no idea where to start. After showing her a couple of pictures of my wife, everything fell into place. I apologize for taking all the credit, Miss Sashawn, but you truly made my wife a happy woman. “Another really cute store in the area. This is mostly cards, some books and some unique and funny finds. It is a gift shop, even if Google maps search tells you otherwise. If you are looking for a stationary store then this is not exactly it. You can still get really cute/unique New York souvenir items and greeting cards. They have a lot of amazing candles. I loved the owl hanging from the ceiling and a paper-mache dog. Unfortunately they are not for sale but you can admire them at the store.”

Not hard to figure out, but when you see it already taken off it does something different and you may want to pick up a few extra items. Just saying... it's a mind thing and if you're in a rush it's a easy fast buy. No thinking involved. Helps people on a budget too.”

“I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”
