This place was very disappointing. I was excited to come here for a tattoo because of the great reviews and the community. However I felt very unwelcomed and the front desk girl was very passive aggressive. The tattoo artist, Giustty, seemed very disinterested and did not communicate with me whatsoever. The tattoo did not come out like I wanted but I did not get the chance to say anything because the artist covered it with plastic before even asking me for my insight. At that point I just wanted to leave. The prices are high but I wouldn’t have minded if the work and people were great, but they weren’t. I really wanted to like this place but it was very disappointing. I’m going to get the tattoo fixed somewhere else.

Clean and efficient. Went with my friend to get our belly buttons pierced. Everything was explained to us in such detail - every step of the process, aftercare, healing time, etc. Great pricing too, especially using needles to pierce. Highly recommend. We will be back!
