Just had a horrible experience here. We ordered 5 bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. We asked 2 with no cheese.We went to the car and they all had cheese. My husband went back to say they messed up and we needed the 2 with no cheese. The employee had the audacity to say bring the other 3 sandwiches to see as proof because she knew she sent 2 without. We brought our half eaten sandwiches and SHE TOUCHED AND OPENED THEM. She expected us to keep eating those!!Never again coming to this Dunkin. Management needs to train in customer service and how to treat customers and not be so stubborn.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Literally the worst DD in all of Queens. They can never make my order right. If I order something hot its cold. It’s almost $1 for cold foam and they always fail to add it even though I PAY for it. There’s a Latina woman who has been there for years and is always rude. You’d think I would’ve learned my lesson after they had the nerve to serve me this atrocity. Do yourself the favor and stay away from here.

Please don't waste your time coming here. We always make sure to notify them of my nut allergy but they always seem to choose to ignore it. I went and got an ice cream cake for Father's day and asked if there were any nuts in it. They said no, the label says chocolate. Only to go home and find out it very much DOES have nuts in it. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. ZERO STARS.

The line in the Dunkin was crazy, there were two workers, and one was just restocking while one took orders, made the order, and took payment. It was cringe to see how poorly they worked and how long it took them to get the line moving. I just wanted to take my grandparents some ice cream which took 30 mins. The table was dirty.

I have definitely decided I will be making less trips and purchases at this location. Most of the workers have attitudes and disrespectfully talk in their language whilst looking directly at the person they're apparently talking about. There's a worker who acts like he can't understand me, as if to say because I'm Hispanic...yet he hardly speaks English. I raised my concerns to the manager, but he has always excused him. Even though he was present recently and noticed what worker was doing when I was ordering..he came over to assist but still managed to excuse him. Next time I went, the manager was the one taking orders, and all of a sudden acted like he didn't understand what I was ordering. He had never done that to me before. I don't need the stress and discrimination. One less customer might not affect him, but I surely will do my best to avoid unnecessary attitude and stress. Also, food is way too expensive for the little selections and portions they have. Also, the tables in the restaurant don't seem to be cleaned or sanitized often.

Except for a very few, most workers at this location always have a angry and frustrated look and behavior. Some actually appear to be a little racist. Also, they are careless with the orders, example, when preparing an avocado toast...there is avocado pieces outside of the box and they don't bother to clean it. They just provide it and customer has to clean it. Another; I ordered half dozen donuts and then they stuffed the box of donuts in a bag. The box wasn't even properly closed and donuts could have spilled out as one walks. Good thing you checked before leaving the store. One more example, there is one specific worker, that is at times at the register. He acts like he doesn't under what I am saying. Is it because I'm Hispanic? Is it because I am a woman? I let the manager know and he laughed it off saying it's because of the masks. Next time I get him again at register, so I take off the mask he still acts like he doesn't understand. Another worker had to come by and take my order and she understood me fine. So does HE not understand English? Why would he be put in charge of taking orders then. It makes a customer have such an unpleasant experience.
