Impeccable service here at HI-TEK auto by Ali and his team. The first time I came here, my car was literally on the brink of falling apart and if i had driven any further I'd have to have it towed. But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in.I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired. Their prices are very fair too. It feel great knowing I have a knowledgeable kind, and fair mechanic.Can't recommend this auto shop enough!

Ali and his son are extremely friendly. To them, the customer is about everything, when I took my car, they walked me through the entire diagnostics. Showed me the actual problem and got me the cost right away. The amazing part of this auto garage is that, they don't charge you, not even for the parts, unless the car is fixed and ready to go. Amazing garage, will definitely recommend to go and ask for Neiman.

They are the ONLY HONEST MECHANICS OUT HERE IN ALL OFF NYC !!!!! I brought my 2nd card here. This mechanic shop is the real deal. The job costed $520. But I called several different places and they tried to charged me $800 for the same job. I am telling you. This is the only mechanic shop you should ever go to!! Ali is hands down the most honest, talented & cool mechanic I have ever met. This is my 4th time coming here & every single time I am so surprised with the honesty.. .. I have been to several shops that take advantage of me bc I’m a girl & let me tell you. This is the only shop in all of the 10 shops I’ve been to that has never over charged me or lied to me.. ALI YOU THE REAL G ????

I have nothing but good things to say about Ali. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've been to a lot of different mechanics over the years but Hi - Tek is a keeper. I value their honesty, integrity, and expertise in troubleshooting challenging mechanical and electrical issues that many other mechanics fail to diagnose properly. As result, you end up wasting extra money on things that don't need to be fixed in the first place. I'm so glad I've found them. You got a loyal customer for life!
