This company is not serious. I am losing a suitcase valued at more than 700 dollars. It came out on December 2 and so far they are not blaming Fedex. Fedex blames them but they are acting crazy with my discomfort. They charge me for shipping to disappear my suitcase I want you to be responsible and answer for my suitcase it was not free, they brought it to me I paid for the service

Terrible service, I sent a box at the beginning of December where according to them it took 8 to 10 days, after a few days I received a message saying that I must pay an additional fee according to Dian taxes, I paid the additional fee and they told me that before On December 30th they delivered the box to me, today it is January 2nd and my relatives have not received the box and I am not getting any response from them.

Let me tell you that I have sent for this company and it seemed good to me but this time I need to take my box on December 10th and there in the office they guaranteed me that my box would arrive before the 24th today is the 30th and it did not arrive and they left me with a lot of excuses that the truth is that I will no longer send again because this company failed not me but my family who were waiting with gifts but because of irresponsible people and lack of seriousness they were not able to uncover their gifts. What anger and what's more, people are very rude to customers, bad, I don't recommend sending them to this company. Bad, very bad, this service.

Excellent client service. I sent 17 boxes ? to the city of Medellin, and they arrived on time and absolutely all the boxes arrived without any problem. Many thanks to the entire work team. I recommend it 100%. ?

I sent a box on November 28 with Christmas gifts for children and this is the time that the box does not arrive, it seems disrespectful to me as a customer that these things happen, that's why I sent it a month in advance, And more so for these dates, the service of this company is terrible, I give it an Estella because it's appropriate, but the truth is they don't deserve even one star, it should be 0

I am very happy with Los Dorados Cargo service. I sent a box to Medellín and it arrived on time, my family was contacted prior to the arrival and the box was intact. I went to their office in Yonkers and Catalina was amazingly helpful with her advice and customer service. I am happy I don't have to go to Corona, Queens anymore. Yonkers it's a great location for people in Manhattan.I highly recommend Los Dorados Cargo. They are trustworthy.

Please fix your hours of operation, if your closing time shows as 7:00PM. There’s no reason service would be done at 6:30PM. Absolutely inconsiderate of people’s time.

Terrible service at this location. Do not send packages with this company. Totally unprofressional and unpolite staff working customer service. Give wrong prices, charge 3 times the amound of the box in taxes and if you dont pay then your package is lost in another country, in my case Colombia. These people do not have the ability to problem solve inconviences with custom. Please save your time and look somewhere else.

The guys from the warehouse were very nice and helpful with everything. In Caracas, venezuela the personal from the office are super good . Just the cashier has to be a little bit nice with costumers in my opinion I understand that working Sundays it's hard but still.
