I went to Metro on 57th Avenue near Junction Boulevard for two separate services: replacing my old phone and getting unlimited home WiFi. Alejandra got me through both detailed processes like a champ while maintaining total courtesy and expertly juggling the needs of other customers who came in during my visit. Way to go, Alejandra!

Natalie was an outstanding help. She definitely deserves a raise in my opinion. She kept a great attitude while multitasking all by her self while dealing with unruly customers. I give her 5 stars.

Store hours online don't match the hours on the door. Girl working there wouldn't even come too the door but inside getting her flirt on. Need to update your hours and teach your workers better.

Very disappointed with the store a women name Mayra attended me. I came in for an upgrade only she added 2 tablets to my account and a home internet with out my consent which is illegal . I will be calling contacting the BBB.

Their service is awful i bought a charger from them that cost $48.97 on march 3rd and today it stopped working so i went back to let them know and the lady at front desk said all sales are final and expected me to buy another one from them which is absolutely ridiculous why would i pay for another one of their defective chargers just so it stops working a month later horrible company i will never go back
