Queens Theatre is the premier performing arts venue in Queens. Its mission is to provide quality and diverse performing arts activities that are economically and geographically accessible to the 2.2 million residents of Queens, the most ethnically diverse county in the nation, and the surrounding metropolitan region. The theatre presents and produces programs that reflect this diversity and features international, national, and local artists. It has three performance spaces: The 472-seat Claire Shulman Theatre, the 99-seat black box Studio, and the 70-seat Cabaret, as well as the glass-walled Nebula lobby. Reviewers describe the venue as clean, well-managed, and ideal for various events, from class trips to adult shows. The seats are comfortable, and the overall experience is pleasant and economical.
The Parsons dance is entertaining and rich experience. The location of the theater is a bit inaccessible, but they try to offset it with shuttle to train station after the show. Audience is comprised mostly of old folks, hopefully cultural pass programs bring in younger ones to fill in vacant seats for such a good show.

Very intimate. Ideal for my class trip. My students did not seems overwhelmed. I would definitely attend an adult event there too. It was almost disable friendly, with clean assessing restrooms.
