Gas with poor customer service..l went there one Sunday at 6am l was trying refill gas the machine doesn't work l try 5 times machine screen notice said ask for assistance....l went to talk to one old lady supostobe was there for assistance, she was in the phone l asked about the issue she was continue in the phone in bad attitude...if her isn't able to help l think her not need to be there....end the day l moved to front gas station for refill me gas .....not recommended at all

The first time he came he didn’t fix my AC unit. The second time he didn’t fix it again!!! I’ve been waiting 2 months for your service and you still can’t fix it. This is ridiculous.

Even though the technician replaced my ice maker, it still does not produce ice, my water dispenser worked prior, now it doesn't work at all. I think he should have made sure it was operational before he closed the ticket. Not very positive experience. I had to make about 5 phone calls before I was told I had to re open my warranty ticket. Not good customer service.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Sears is way to large of a company of to treat there customers in this fashion. My wall over range has been diagnosed by sears A&E back in March they said it needed a control board . And it was not available supposedly going to replace my wall oven & (3) months later I'm still waiting for them to pay for a replacement. Poor service . What happened Sears such a disappointment.by the way no technician showed up today as you emailed me that one was on the way. I don't know now why they would be coming I don't have any parts .to be installed and it's supposed to be replaced.

Technician was very good and knowledgeable however he was only able to check AC and airflow. I also need the AC Ducts checked and Frederick stated he and Sears does not check the AC Ducts. Can you please resend someone. Thank you

Technician arrived on time. After telling him what my refrigerator was doing, Fredrick know just what to do. I am very pleased. He left his blue chisel. Thank you again.

Just went to this gas station as an emergency stop. I didn’t know (because I’m new at this station) that you have to pull the lever… I went to the gas attendant.. and the LADY WAS SO RUDE. she groaned and rolled her eyes and basically called me stupid. She was so angry and yelling at me for no reason. Mind you, I am a woman myself and I am so shocked by her behavior and attitude . If you are rude to your customers please don’t work here.
I left the gas station and flagged it because I will NEVER give this station service. I just went to the mobil a couple of streets later.
Do better.
