If I could leave a zero I would. My son took a trip with his dad to connect his phone ( dad's phone). When it was their turn they were attended by Chelsea. Chelsea was nasty since the beginning, rolling her eyes and giving attitude to my son's father who is a very kind and patient person and sometimes has trouble with the langauge. Chelsea became impatient and then decided to allow someone to skip the line. This someone turned out to be her mom, this was apparent after she referred to her as "mom". After about 15 minutes my son decided to jump in and asked Chelsea if she could please help his dad first or first help her mom and then his dad because the multitasking wasn't helping either one of them.Chelsea ignored my son and as a result my son told her that her job was not to give preference to family and attitude to others. They finally left the store around 7:30-7:40. At 8:15 pm my son's phone is disconnected, no service. This happened out of nowhere and I find it strange. It's 9:15 pm and his dad has no service, this was the point of the visit and Chelsea was the agent helping fix this issue. More than 4 phone lines with T-MOBILE and this is the service they get. Chelsea, how sad that you get paid to help clients in a Spanish speaking community yet you show no empathy and decide to only show kindness to your mom.

Probably the worst T-Mobile around. Family has visited more than a few times and each time has been the most awful and unhelpful service/experience. Specifically the female staff have been more nasty in our experience. I would say to go to Junction it isn’t too far, the service is better and the workers are nicer.

Julian went out of his way to assist me with an issue I was having with my new phone. The meticulous manner in which he took a hands-on approach to protecting the case and screen was outstanding. He was also very patient and had a talent in warmly acknowledging everyone in the store without loses focus on the one client he was assisting with unwavering dedication. He definitely went above and beyond and is a gentleman on top of that.

I drove by this T-Mobile Store on 103st , The store was clean , organized , the staff member I came across was friendly , helpful and assisted me in claiming my T-Mobile Tuesday special on T-Mobile Tuesday App , the experience was great & Quick , I would definitely recommend others around the neighborhood

The wait time just to get assisted is why the rating is a 3. Adrian was the guy that helped me get switched over to T-Mobile and get a new phone. He was patient, understanding and got the job done. Thank you Adrian. Definitely recommend stopping there to get help from him.

Both the female staffs were rude and gave everyone approached them an attitude. I feel like they're happy working in this location and taking their frustration on customers. But Anthony was amazing. Those stars are for Anthony. He was a great help.

Not a good customer service. My internet service is not working around my neighborhood from 4pm to 11pm and after I call technical support and they couldn’t help me, I decided to go to this location, but the guy wasn’t a good help. He told me to call customer service again ? so sad.

Terrible customer service. Hung up on me the first time I mentioned a product and gave me a condescending attitude when she couldn't answer my question about current in store products. "Honey like I said.." Noooo ?
