10/10. Celeste (the one with the nice nails) was very lovely. I am 82 years old and I can never figure out this technology stuff but she was dedicated and put her all into the problems that were occurring. I know I will be returning back here because now I know who I can trust.

Just finished up working with Garret at the AT&T store off of rt 13in cortland. Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. He was able to help me switch over from Verizon painlessly, skillfully, and with amazing customer service. He also helped me get an excellent business account line set up, with a free phone upgrade thrown in. So happy to be back with AT&T and looking forward to working with my cortland AT&T team again in the future.

RUN TO GARRETT ON ROUTE 13!After having issues with online ordering I decided to go I'm store.... boy am I so happy I did. Garrett went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me the device and watch I was wanting. Even looked at my bill to save me money without meevwn asking! Hands down the BEST customer service I have experienced! Thank you Garrett for all the help!

Shoutout to Nick at ATNT for getting me set up with a cellphone plan for my kiddo and I. He was super informative, made the process easy, and I headed out feeling well taken care of. Left T-mobile due to issues. Stopped in this afternoon to get a new phone. I was greeted by Dallas. She had me set up with a new phone. The customer service was amazing. I couldn't be happier. Goodbye T-Mobile. Thank you Dallas.

Dallas is always an incredibly helpful and cheerful person whenever we come into the store for anything. Dallas is super accommodating to our 2 young daughters and will get them out a toy, turn the tv to a children’s show, or even get a cup of water if they’re thirsty. When our phones were taking a long time updating when we switched to new ones, Dallas even played catch with our daughters during the wait. I cannot say enough good about her. If you get Dallas when you call or visit, rest assured she will be doing everything in her power to help, as quickly, politely and kindly as she can. Thank you again for everything, Dallas!
