“The shop was fast in responding, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The shop took us in quickly and repair was done in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost.”
“We were in need of a new (to us) vehicle. We spoke with our lender to get pre-approved. While there they recommended Upstate Auto, stating we should look their, Matt gives a outstanding warrenty on used vehicles (very unheard of). We absolutely went to see what he had to offer. We found and fell in love with our first test drive and bought it that day. Then less than a month after the purchase our driver side tire all but fell off while we were driving (this happend on a Saturday late in the evening) On Monday we reached out to Matt told him exactly what happened and where we were able to get the car towed to. Matt them reach out to the garage where we had it towed, made arrangements to pick it up and take it to his shop. Now here is where he won us truely over. He had it fixed entirely by Tuesday, Yes Tuesday! At no charge to us. My husband and I are very impressed and will recommend Upstate Auto to all our friends and family, and will definitely look there first the next time we are shopping for a new vehicle”

“I was having car trouble when I was in Cortland for a baseball tournament. I called the Chrysler dealership and they told me they couldn't look at it until next week but that I should call Garage on Delaware. I left a message with them and Justin called me back right away. He was dealing with a huge backlog but he told me how I could diagnose the problem and that he would then see what he could do. I did what he said and called him the next morning. He fit me in to their schedule and his team was able to figure out what was happening and fix my vehicle. Excellent customer service, and he gave me a great price. It’s heartening to know that there are people like Justin in the world running a business with integrity and kindness. I highly recommend Garage on Delaware.”
“They came recommended to me and my granddaughter by Epiq Auto. Granddaughters car had all the lights on her dash lit up. We dropped it off, they found the problem and called us. Needed a cellunoid. Had to order the part and would be done the next day. Picking her car up, the son showed us the bad one and how it was defective and explained it so even I could understand! Father and son were friendly and didn't feel that they took advantage of a young lady and an old lady.”
“Was on the way to the NY State fair and got a flat tire. We were lucky enough to get off on the exit that led us straight to these awesome guys! We were over a hour away from home and they helped us get the spare tire on and back on the road. They were literally closing in like 2 minutes and still helped us. When we tried to pay them they wouldn’t take anything and just told us to have a fun night! Thank you guys so much. You were literally lifesavers! PS we had an amazing night thanks to you guys helping us out. Without you guys, I know we would have been stranded and would have missed the concert!”
“Mark has done multiple repairs on a couple of vehicles of mine. He does good work and is reliable. His rates are okay, I wouldn't say his rates are cheap but today nothing is cheap. I've dealt with other mechanics in this town where they charge top dollar and the issues are still there. At least with this shop he does good work and is knowledgeable.”

“We purchased two RVs from Hartley’s. First a NuCamp Barefoot two years ago. Mike was a wonderful salesman and we continue to take Barefoot to Hartley’s for winterizing and de-winterizing. When we went to pick up Barefoot a couple of months ago, we noticed a Roadtrek Zion Van in their lot and ended up purchasing the van. Dustin was also great to work with. Working with the owner Steve has been a very pleasant experience. Great sense of humor and enjoyed his old school, hands on approach. Most of all, we were able to find a full service, honest RV dealer/shop right in our community!!! ?”

“I was in town for a baseball tournament from ottawa canada and woke up to deflated tire...phoned Mavis and they got me in right away. There was no delay and they managed to seal the tire and get me back on the road...so grateful to these guys for saving my road trip”
