I called the Chrysler dealership and they told me they couldn't look at it until next week but that I should call Garage on Delaware. I left a message with them and Justin called me back right away. He was dealing with a huge backlog but he told me how I could diagnose the problem and that he would then see what he could do. I did what he said and called him the next morning. My son who is at school in Cortland, took his car to Mavis and they quoted $2,100+ to replace both rear calipers, brake pads, and rotors. I knew this was not necessary, we just had brake work done and had plenty of life left, so we took the car. Main Street Auto Repair determined it was just the bleeder valve on one of the calipers leaking and was able to fix it the next morning for us in order for my son to drive home and catch a flight!

“After receiving poor service one too many times at a different shop in town, I started going to Mavis about a year ago. I am so happy I did! I have had a variety of services done since then (inspection, oil changes, alignment, tire repair). I am usually able to get an appointment that day or the next when an issue has popped up and get my car back that same day. The cost is always reasonable and the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back the next time my car needs service!”
