“I love taking my car to this Monro in Cortland. The guys that work there are honest and never try to sell me anything I don't need. They also do a great job when they do any work on my car and on service appointments! Highly recommend!”
“In the last 6 years since moving to this part of the world the only business we have used is O'shea's. They go above and beyond to help and make sure its done right.”
“Great service. Fair and honest. Have been a customer for over 15 years going back to when the owners worked at another mechanic, before they opened Jax. Highly recommended ?”
“Really great professional friendly team that went above and beyond to help get a blown tire fixed so I could get back on the road. Very fast and friendly and they have a surprisingly large variety of tires to choose from. 10/10 best location in the area.”

“Had a tire blowout on me. Was able to get both front tires off and bring them to the shop. In a half hour they got the new tires on and it was a really good price. I’ll be coming back to get my back tires done”
“Great shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Austin was great - He took the time to explain everything to me and didn’t try to sell me parts. It’s hard to find a trustworthy place, this is one of the good ones.”
“Mike the manager at this location is awesome very friendly and accommodating. They don't rip you off here either which is nice in today's world. Thanks Mike”

“After receiving poor service one too many times at a different shop in town, I started going to Mavis about a year ago. I am so happy I did! I have had a variety of services done since then (inspection, oil changes, alignment, tire repair). I am usually able to get an appointment that day or the next when an issue has popped up and get my car back that same day. The cost is always reasonable and the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back the next time my car needs service!”
