“I've never had any issues with the overarching company branch nor the location itself.
As a weekly regular at this location, the service is phenomenal. I go in frequently to deposit checks and I'm never there for more than 10 minutes. The tellers are sweet, friendly, and very talented at their job. The building is taken care of very well and the employees do an incredible job to make sure customers feel welcome. I've never left this location feeling frustrated with the service.
I've seen mixed reviews on this location relating to the company's ability to respond to concerns. Frankly, I've only been a member at Beginnings Credit Union for a few years. Regardless, I have immediate family members who have used this bank for much longer. Every concern we've had relating to fraudulent charges or stolen card numbers have been resolved with haste.
I recommend Beginnings Credit Union.”
