Every time I go to the bank, there is a new rule. Making my life very inconvenient. One week they cashed my check the next they said they were not allowed. I will be changing banks. This is not the first time they have been rude and made up things as to not help.

I have been banking here since they opened the Cortland office. The staff are accomodating and friendly and the Global checking provides me with no service fee and cash back.

Horrible customer service. Was one of the first ones to put an application for the PPP loan request and they did not process it on time

Never received a bill for my first loan payment, so I paid the late charges and the $5.00 fee to make a payment. While doing this I make sure to sign up on auto pay for the future. Next month rolls around and in receive a notice 2 WEEKS after the due date saying it was overdue and I had $63 in late fees, called to complain was told oh well, we dont have the man power to let you know your loan is due, that's on you. Just terrible customer service, for as little as they do, they do it poorly. They told me to set it up online for auto pay and the submission form was broken...had to pay 5 dollars again.
