Great salesman but tires were poor quality on vehicle. Really my fault for not noticing before I buy. They tried to fix but really needed replacement.

They do great work here but the greed of that business is unbelievable. 630.00 for 4 hrs of work. Dealerships are as bad as democrats in congress. Gotta be rich to get work done there.

They lie to sell you a warranty and then don't honor it.Bought a van with a faulty AC unit,When i took it in for service to get it repaired,They denied me the service because the warranty....expired??!. I was sold a warranty for thousands of dollars and then told it was no good when I needed it.I was told the warranty was good for 115,000 miles,But they failed to tell me it was really only good for nothing.Double talking snake oil sales people.I will be sending full details of this sales transaction to the B.B.B very soon.Instead of working with me They denied any wrong doing on the sales practice and didNOTHING! this was after buying2 cars within months paid in full!!A Dodge charger for my nephewand a van for my mom and I.My family purchased the vehicles with funds my recently deceased brother left us...we are not rich people which is why I got theThe manager wouldn't budge.Do not but a car from themThey will screw you.Hope you all sleep really well with that commission check you got from us.Bad Business practice.

Service department has an incompetent service manager, and he allows for extremely poor communication with the customer from his writers. I received a phone call from a previous employer to tell me my part was in after a huge conversation with Sam about the importance of communication with the customer and went over all the proper ways to contact me in regards to this repair (that has taken months to complete and still not done) and neither Sam or the dealership manager returned my call today.

Service was quick but prices are ridiculous. I was driving from Syracuse to Binghamton to take care of my grandmother. I had to stop as there was an issue with my brakes. They got me right in to get me back on the road. They suggested that I have my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. They charged me $283 for $75 brake pads and $314 for $100 rotors. They then charged me $280 for less than 2 hours of work. They charged my $997 for a job that should have cost $500-$600...way to take advantage of someone in a pinch.

(I work at a shop) I just brought my car there to have them replace the water pump through my warranty company and when I dropped it off i told them the water pump is bad and that it's leaking and to replace it with the warranty that came with the car he said alright we'll see what we can do.. Half the day goes by and they call me and tell me the warranty is no longer effective so it's not covered anymore and that they have the water pump and can have it fixed today for $700 so I told them I'll call them back and when i did call them back i told them my boss said we can do it and asked what time they close so i can pick it up he said well you have to pay for the Diagnostic we ran on the car to figure out the water pump was bad I didn't ask you to diagnose the car i told you what was wrong when I dropped it off so in order for me to get my car back i had to pay $129 I literally paid $129 for them to confirm what I already told them was wrong with it like what kind of company you running here I work at a shop and i only brought it there so I could use the warranty but since it's not covered and I didn't want the work done there I get hit with $129 for something I already said was wrong definitely wouldn't recommend going there

Brought my truck in for warranty work for the fog lights. The wiring harness was replaced and the problem corrected however, I just found my fog lights full of water due to the technician folding my plastic inner fenders up and over the fog light assemblies. I bought new fog light assemblies and installed them myself thinking it was just because they had a leak and failed. No it was shoddy work by the last technician at the dealership.

Went to Cortland Chrysler Dodge Jeep in hopes of finding the most budget friendly and reliable vehicle and that’s exactly what I got!!! I can’t thank Callum one of the salesman enough he help out with the entire process showed us multiple vehicles that would fit well with what we wanted and together we came up with the best solution a 2018 Jeep Compass the vehicle had been amazing and look forward to more service with them in the future!

I took my 2018 Jeep in for a yearly inspection. It failed and I was told it needed new rear brakes which would cost me $618 plus tax. I just recently got all new brakes, rotors and calipers at a local place for $583. My Jeep only has 12k miles on it so the fact that it would need new brakes twice in its lifetime is almost statistically impossible.I just told them to fail the inspection and I brought it to 2 different local mechanics I've known 15 years. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or rotors. I don't appreciate being lied to and having someone try to take advantage of me.I would have given one star but I gave 2 simply because I have bought 2 Jeeps from here and the sales department who sold them to me were always very nice and helpful. In the future I may buy another Jeep from Cortland Jeep but I will NEVER bring it back for service.
