Had a random issue with my iPhone pop up before heading off on a big trip to Europe. Panicking, I went to Geek Squad at Best Buy and was quoted $500 for repair. I thought I was going to need to buy a whole new phone after being told that. Decided to stop by at Cricket and Alex greeted with a big smile on his face and was eager to help me fix my phone. After a few hours, I left with a functioning phone again and $500 still in my pocket all thanks to the store manager, Alex!!! Thank you so so SO much, Alex, for all of your help!!!!!!! You guys are the best at Cricket!! Would highly recommend Cricket to anyone looking for reliable, yet affordable, cell service!!! You will not regret making the switch!!
