We just purchased a NuCamp 400 at Hartley’s and love it! The customer service from Dustin was the best we’ve experienced in years. This place had everything we needed and wanted. The process was very smooth, the product is fantastic, and the service and people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is THE place to get your camper!

Take pictures of any Uhaul rented from this location and make sure you walk through the truck with them. I dropped a uhaul off, and was told by the employee at the counter that I was all set. Four days later I was charged for a scrape that the truck had when I picked it up. They will find a way to nickel and dime you on every rental!

So I was lookin for an affordable camper that my Jeep could tow. I also didn’t have trailer harness for my Jeep. The team at Hartleys set me up!! There are so many great things I can about this place and they will work with you in every situation! Dustin was able to help me with every question and need that I had. The maintenance department worked great and did professional job installing the trailer harness. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are unsure about any aspect of RV life, go talk to the subject matter expert Dustin. I give him a personal 10 stars.

I recently purchased a Rog rk12 made by Encore, new from Hartley's. Unfortunately, it came from the manufacturer with electrical and plumbing issues....no fault of Hartley's. They have been more than helpful in working through the warranty repairs and replacement of parts. Very disappointed in Encore and the quality control from Encore, but so thankful that I bought it from a place that stands by what they sell! The people that work there and the owner himself are all excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. Great place to do business!!!

Dropped off a Uhaul here and the process was smooth and friendly. I have now done 3 Uhaul trucks in the last year and this was by far the smoothest process. Thankful for such a great customer service experience!

An absolute must for all RV and auto parts & repairs. Steve, Dustin, Rich, Marissa and Taylor are polite, very helpful & know their stuff. These people are the nicest and most helpful. Towing available. My 2007 Jeep Liberty had lost all shift gears and Steve had me running in one day!! Prices are great and lots of parts in stock. An absolute must go to for any repairs. Steve and crew have a great amount of new and lightly used campers available. Don't bother with anyone else!! Five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We purchased a StarCraft RV from these guys a little over a year ago now. The sales experience went well, unlike other places they didn’t shoot us down when we informed them we have subpar credit. And in the end we were able to get a great rv at a reasonable price and rate. I winterized the rv myself the first year and unfortunately forgot a spigot. Our repair bill with a winterization the following fall was just shy of $700. To replace a part and winterize the rv. Come to find out their labor rate is around $120/hr. There are diesel mechanic shops charging less. Unfortunately that labor rate alone completely chops my opinion of the place in half.

Don't take a vehicle to this place. Wanted them to look at my transmission, they didn't even how to diagnose it. Charged me$110. To ride around the corner. Then wanted another $110 just to drain and replace fluid. What a joke. 5min job.

When renting a Uhaul a year ago, the truck I picked up was filthy. Upon letting the dealer know, they apparently black listed me BUT they did not even have the guts to notify me that they had a problem with the constructive criticism I provided directly to them.When did I find out? I found out a year later!How did I find out? I had a previous reservation with a different dealer that i needed to reschedule. Uhaul did not provide any alerts to me when on the phone with them around noon. They booked my reservation with this dealer and I was set to pick up at 3. I get there, go to the service desk, hand them my card to pay, and the transaction does not go through because uhaul has what they call an e-alert that requires me to call uhaul. No reason listed. I call and inquire knowing that I've used Uhaul since moving multiple times over the past 10 years with 0 problems/damages/fines. The rep on the phone tells me, "The owner has only said that they no longer wish to do business with you." No other reason was listed. I was sitting in the waiting area as I was on the phone looking at a magazine rack that clearly indicated that I was not welcome in this store.I am the daughter of two veterans who grew up in the segregated south who were sent to war on behalf of this country to uphold it's ideal of all who are created equal and the understanding that we should be treated with dignity and respect. I never thought that in 2023, I'd experience what I experienced yesterday.I don't recommend wasting your dollars with this establishment ever.

Heads up, they apparently want you to call before showing up. It doesn't say that on their website and I have no idea why, but the guy acted like we should have known to call ahead ??♀️We drove about 2 hours to come here because of the great prices and selection, but there wasn't anyone there that could show us the campers! There was only one person there and she had to search all over to find the keys (everything was locked) so we struggled to see anything for the first ~30 min. When the sales guy finally got back from doing business at the other location, he did paperwork inside for 15 min while we waited for him. He was willing to answer questions but really didn't seem to want us to be there.We would have been perfectly happy to wander the campers alone while waiting, but every one was immediately relocked. It felt like we were being chaperoned.It was a deeply bizarre and unsatisfying experience.

I traveled an hour and half because they had lowest prices around. Dustin the salesman was knowledgeable and straight forward pricing. Give them a try before you purchase a camper elsewhere .
