Every time I go here and need assistance there is nobody. Everyone is too busy yapping with each other instead of answering those buttons you press for help. I am going to stick to Value Home Center or order online for non-emergencies.

Lowe's is absolutely the worst! Nothing is ever in stock, the website sucks (slow and quirky-i'm in upstate ny and it always lists Bergen NJ as my home store after resetting it infinitely) and doesn't ever match what is in the store. I need roofing materials and they have very limited inventory and 4-6 week wait to get back in stock. They list products on the website which are discontinued-how about take those off the website?. I needed 15 rolls of roll roofing but they they only had 10 (after they told me they didn't have any and don't carry that. For real? who doesnt use roll roofing?). That's not even enough to do half of a small shed. Plus, they dont sell the adhesive necessary to install the roofing. Oh, and the nails you need wont be in stock. It is so frustrating to deal with this company. Its not the employees on the store level it's the management and corporate incompetents who fail this company. Get you crap together or get out of the business. Your customer service and support are totally subpar. There seems to be no connection between what is needed locally and what they stock and sell. Nothing worse then spending hours on the website only to find nothing is available when you get there. And forget about curbside or delivery. Go to your local building supply and pay a little more but get what you need when you need it without walking through a box store for hours looking in vain! Never, never, never have had a good experience at lowes.

Avoid purchasing appliances from Lowe's that require installation. I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a stove that I just love and have been unable to get it installed. It is going back to the store Sunday. I was a combined electric-gas model and required a Natural gas-Propane conversion kit which fortunately came withold the stove. The delivery went flawlessly. Installation was another story with a number of changes initiated by the installation company without notifying me. When the team finally arrived, they installed the stove and then notified me that I would have to arrange for the installation of the conversion kit. I explained that I had purchased that and showed them the confirming paperwork. The installer told me it was not included in the order sent to him and that this was not his fault. He refused to take any steps with the installation headquarters or the Lowe's store to try to rectify this situation. I told him it was unacceptable to leave me with a gas top that did not work. He called me rude, told me he did not to tolerate this kind of treatment. and proceeded to leave without a resolution.Days later despite numerous calls trying to get the situation dealt with I was told by the Lowe's appliance manager that there was NOTHING he could do if the installation company did not respond. They had been called several times with follow-up emails and there were no other options. REALLY??Save your time, use Best Buy or Home Depot.

On 7/16 I arrived at lowes to get a wood post. We are new to area and lowes in cortland has been our go to for everything and anything from home improvements to landscaping. I was not able to find what I was looking for so I decided to ask the young girl at register for help. Young lady called for assistance in lumber area. I waited a good 10 minutes or more just to encounter a rude employee telling me I had to wait until he was done helping another costumer. I told him I have been waiting for 10 mins only to ask if they have the post in stock. He told me he was not sure and I had to wait. I waited another 10/15 mins and no sign of him finishing with his costumer. He did not even bother to call someone else anyone to help me. I approached the young lady at register and thanked her for trying to help me . I walked out. I will be going to lowes in Ithaca where employees are a lot nicer and Courteous to their customers

Just got back from lowes, and it is the Fourth of July. It was a beautiful day, and I needed to get some supplies. I got what I needed and decided to walk around the store. To my surprise there was not one thing on sale, nothing. I usually buy things that I don't need, and the sales are usually the reason. To make the trip a little better, the store security followed me through the store and went and sat at the door in the lumber section while I checked out. After I checked out he told me to have a nice day, and left. Not a very good experience. I am getting ready to build another house, and without getting a good deal once in a while I will quit going there. Haven't been in a while, not looking forward to going back.

dont come here unless you like stepping in dog pee. i watched a dog pee on a carpet and when i told the worker they told me they won’t clean it because it’s the “customers job”... so y’all are just using and selling products with pee on them instead that’s a really good look!

Do not have Lowe’s, through them UHS, install flooring. They caused water damage, have will not take any responsibility in correcting. They removed the old flooring in the kitchen, but not the bath. The sleeve in the wax ring did not fit into the pipe properly. This cause water to leak, and they replaced the wax ring once. They refused to use the wax ring we purchased with the longer sleeve. Still leaked, but now between the old flooring and the new. Came a third time to remo

Curbside service sucks tried calling several times after I arrived and no one picked up the phone. Tried checking in online still no one came out with item. After bout 1/2 hour went in and got the item myself because no one could bother. The whole purpose of curbside is to not to have to go inside but never again.

I had great service in the lumber area from Alex and Justin today. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted and they helped me figure out my sandbox project for my grandson.They were courteous and advised me to modify my project so it worked better for me and my budget. Anna also helped me by figuring out what hinges and handles I would need. She was very nice and polite and listened to what I needed and then helped me find it. Awesome service by these 3, I tried to do the survey but I don't think I have the right code on my receipt for it.

I sometimes fear having to go into these big box stores; however when I go and I get to interact with Becky it is always a pleasant experience. If everyone there was as nice, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working as her it would change the entire level of service. Thank you Becky and I would recommend this store as long g as you fet to interact with her. Thanks!
